It's classic fraudster behavior. An expert doesn't remind people that he or she is an expert. The credentials stand on their own. Like with most playground bullies, Wu's overconfidence and arrogance are there to overcompensate for reality. She's a fraud. She knows she's both a fraud and a not-so-great person, deep down. The Twitter persona allows her to play the role of the woman she fantasizes being. Most days she probably convinces herself that the persona is the reality.

On a related note, whoever tagged this thread with "dunning-kruger effect" is spot on.

I think Wu actually believes himself to be everything he claims because Wu is really, really dumb. You could say he's a moron, imbecile, idiot or things like that but it's much simpler, and I have to repeat myself, he's just very dumb, a stone cold dummy.
He's obviously got massive trouble with learning, comprehension and thinking, this is often proven just from his twitter feed. The things that manages to get into his head are often completely wrong, probably because of the trouble with learning, comprehension and thinking, and there won't be an effort to correct what's wrong by learning what's right or learning in general. From the things he supposedly occupies his time with you'd figure that just by osmosis or random chance he has to learn SOMETHING. But no.

But he believes he's right and an expert with special insider knowledge. There's a 100% chance that after Brianna flunks out of that shit-show of a political campaign he will talk for years, possibly decades, about his "run for Congress" and act like he's on a first name basis with every elected democrat in congress and the senate.

Ahh, so when John talks shit about both the Democrat and Republican parties...it's because it turns out he's running for the MMO party.

I used to play as a healer back in my old WOW days and I also played as a healer in Dark Souls (which isn't really an MMO but still). It's arguably the easiest position to play in a party since all you have to do is monitor your teammates health and cast the appropriate spells at the right time. It's a pretty fun role to play and ensuring that your teammates stay alive is a very vital job, but it's not particularly difficult. The only reason Wu is saying this is because she plays as a healer in that Final Fantasy MMO, and she most likely struggles with it because she's such a slack-jawed moron she doesn't pay attention to what's going on in the field and probably doesn't have a strategy for how she can heal her party members and she's probably one of those healers who stays in the front lines getting her ass kicked because she wants to feel more important.

Wu isn't even in the raid. Wu is the kid in trade chat that's still not even close to max level that pesters the guild to let them in, and when they don't, goes to the game's forum to try and get them in trouble with the developers and the community. Then Wu gets into your Vent/TS/Discord server and waits until the raid leaders are barking instructions in the heat of a boss fight, then starts screaming and playing ear rape music in an attempt to wipe the party.

Healer has the most information to react too?...No? Look Wu, you played FF14 and I don't know if you played anything more then Conjurer, you probably didn't even realize you need 15 levels of Arcanist to get the White Mage job, or maybe you did. But melee DPS classes have combos to worry about, I know archers/Bards had all their DoTs and songs to manage, and as Black Mage you have to be quick on switching your Fire and Ice buffs so you can put out the most damage possible, AND you end up getting free Thunder/Fire3 on occasion. Even the tanks have more to react to, they have a combo to keep up to so they can keep up their Enmity (it's aggro). Healers maybe throw a couple damaging spells and throw Cure at the Tank when he takes a lot of damage.

Healing, i will concede, is harder in WoW then it is in FF14, because the big boom type stuff that a healer is really needed for can be dodged with good positioning in FF14. In WoW, the tank just has to eat it and hope his healer is awake. Even then, I played Holy Priest to 110 and it was basically just "Flash Heal, Flash Heal, Flash Heal, Flash Heal, oh Holy Fire" over and over and over.

With that all said, *rates self autistic*

EDIT: Anyone remember what her FF14 name was so I can go and actually see if she's a white mage?

Does this help you?

I looked up Lilith Nine because that's apparently Brianna Wu. And if her being at level 61 Astrologian is any indication, she has Stormblood, god help us all.

Lodestone is great. Punch in Terratina Branford and you'll find me. And yeah, that profile sure looks like her...Okay, I'll give one thing, AST healer is actually pretty complicated because it's RNG style healing depending on the cards you draw. But if you don't like that or want something dependable, you bust out White Mage which is so easy a half-asleep Monkey can do it.

I never could get into Healing, I've always been either a tank or DPS in WoW. I swear I'm one of few Hunters who always turned off my pet's growl or unsummoned it all together.

There are two kinds of Healers: Ones who genuinely enjoy it and will happily heal for anyone (Me) and people who use it as an ego stroking mechanism (Brianna).

Healing is, and this is coming from a lifelong support that always played Medic in TF2, Mercy in Overwatch, Holy Priest and now White Mage, boring (Okay yes I play more Black Mage on Terratina but that's cause FF14 lets you do everything). The way FF14 is set up, Healers get to pull double duty as third DPS and are usually the ones handling the mechanics of a boss fight (such as in one early dungeon, pulling the lever to summon Bomb type enemies to blow up a slime boss), which makes it more fun, but if it's just a regular boss fight, it gets boring fast. I suspect the reason Bri plays AST is because of all the healers, it's the flashiest and most cool looking.

Mechanics, you say? Such as eating balls? Bri bri won't do that.

Tanking and healing were far more fun in WoW than DPS, imo. Tanking BC/WotLK were probably the best times I had in that game.

I would say the hardest class to play is whichever one is best at killing healers, because KILL THE HEALER FIRST YOU CAREBEAR CUCKS

I am absolutely certain John is the worst, shittiest kind of healer, the attention whoring bitch who only heals people to suck up to them and refuses to heal them to punish them, without any regard for the actual strategic implications and even if they get the whole team killed by fucking up. Players like John are why MMO parties fall apart.

Oh yeah. I've never had the displeasure of running into one, the worst I've had is a healer that was just new to the position and not very good. One time my group pulled a healer whose hotbar was so fucked by the new Stormblood changes that it took him a few minutes to get settled, but again, not an attention whore, just out of whack and needing a bit of time to get situated.

Thank god for vote kick, am I right?

I bet people accuse him of buying his account a lot. I mean, obviously no one who played up to that level could still be so bad, right?

But who would pay for such a shabby character?

She's still using intelligence materia on some of her healer gear, and vitality on most of her healer accessories, but perhaps there are changes to attributes in Stormblood that make that okay?

It was pretty clearly established she had to be buying gold (aka cheating) to have had the amount she had in earlier screenshots (14 million at level 30ish). And she plays on Gilgamesh server which has been pretty much permanently locked to new character creation because it's overpopulated since long before she started playing, so the only way to get a new character onto it is to roll on a different server and pay to transfer in.

So I guess the only person who would pay for such a shabby character is Brianna herself: clueless, useless, pointless Brianna.

Sorry for surplus autism :/

I don't know all the Stormblood changes, but Mind is still top-tier for healers. I do know there was some changes to Cleric Stance so healers don't have to stance-dance anymore, I think (for those not inflicted with terminal autism: Cleric Stance swaps your Intelligence and Mind stats and ups your damage abilities so healers can pump out a little extra damage, then go out of Cleric stance when they need to heal. Mind is for healing magic, Intelligence is for damaging). Vitality isn't bad as extra HP is usually not a bad thing, but healers would want more Mind and Piety (increases MP).

TL;DR it's a shit build no matter how you slice it.

Or MMO's in general. After all, they are declining rapidly. At least Western style MMO's.
