Reminder that John didn't go whole hog into his plastic surgery addiction until recently, so for the majority of his time post-troonout, he still basically looked like he did when he was a man. Clearly, passing wasn't that big of a deal to him for all that time, and he must have considered growing his hair out to be good enough. Really begs the question of how important all these cosmetic procedures are to trannies if you can apparently manage to survive for over fifteen years without necking.

I'm sure this has been argued before, but all this attention-seeking behavior and continued surgeries to become his ideal woman is clear evidence that John is flying headlong into his version of a midlife crisis. Remember, he's nearly fifty, and the realization of his own mortality has got to be setting in (maybe faster than he thinks, given how much he's fucked up his endocrine system). He still desperately wants to be the cool hacker gamer biker grrl of his fetish dreams, and he's willing to spend as much of Frank's money as possible to make it a reality.

And yet, despite all the time and money and pain, he still gets routinely called a man every single day now that Twitter isn't a safe space where he can get people banned for pointing out the obvious. The psychological damage is only making him spiral harder, lashing out constantly and demanding to be taken seriously as a true and honest woman, scheduling another round of plastic surgery that will definitely silence the haters this time, completely unaware that it's only making him look more and more ghoulish every time. Not only that, but he's also alienated himself from the rest of the tranny flock through his pro-Israel stance and bizarre attempt to pivot to "respectable tranny," while also failing to cultivate the new audience of sycophants that he wants.

I gotta tell ya, I am here for it. Dance for our amusement, John. Just, y'know, not like you did in college when you were keeping people up all night vogueing to Madonna.
