The thing that always gets me about the face is what was obviously needed from the start was a GOOD chin implant - male or female, that was (and remains) an unbalanced face. And one was added (I think?) - but it's a masculine one, it makes a tight ball and ages her face, rather than being an element of either beauty or feminization.
Also, for being so out of shape, Wu has very little body fat or collagen in her face. In order for facial work to look good, you have to have a bit of padding in the face to cover the implants. If you don't have it, pay for the fillers, and keep them topped up 2x each year.
Good facial work surprisingly costs less than most bad facial work, because there are morons like Wu who pay bad surgeons repeatedly despite shit work. He's have been best off paying for a good chin reconstruction and facial fillers to soften his look, instead of a cheapo nose-chin-cheekbone combo which looks neither femme nor pretty.
