I try not to let John's ramblings get under my skin, but I come close to top hat territory whenever he talks down to people about simply getting a job so they can pay for XYZ, even if said things are trooning out. Even if John hasn't personally experienced it, you'd think he'd at least have heard stories while scrolling Twitter most of the day of people getting screwed over by unexpected medical emergencies, even if they do have insurance.
