Right, a freshman Congressthing is going to draft legislation that will do this, get it through the House (I see we're assuming a wave election) and then through the Senate with no meddling from interested parties in the upper chamber, then get Trump to sign off on it, then have it pass muster at the Supreme Court after the inevitable challenges from the dozens of states that have no desire to see Massachusetts-style gun control imposed by the Feds.

1) How are you going to do this, John?
2) Is this something your prospective constituents in MA-8 want?

Mocking him for pie-in-the-sky nonsense like this is all well and good, but I really want to see the meltdown when he's challenged on all this babbling idiocy in a substantive way.

Leaving aside all the jurisdiction and constitutional issues about "empowering local prosecutors" to go after multinational banks - how many securities law experts does John think your average local prosecutor keeps on staff? Just to take the most obvious example, does he realize that this would make the guy in charge of prosecuting Berkshire Hathaway someone in Nebraska who usually spends his time going after backyard meth labs?
And as someone whose Rev60 game is nominally owned by a Delaware corporation, despite never having set foot in Delaware, does he realize how easy it is to change your "location" for legal purposes? :lol:

Wu, much like many of the Rat King, has this very bizarre idea on what being a woman is like. She assumes that acting whimsical and quirky is all that it takes to get asspats for being a woman, and that making actual arguments is simply not needed.

I thought I was inured to John's flagrant stupidity, but he managed to reach new heights with this. How do you claim people don't need guns these days without even once addressing the issue of self-defense?
