To tl;dr:
Posting videos from cars is to "gritty as its happening" place to post videos.

It started from a bunch of amateur people posting from cars because they didn't have a quiet (or clean) room in the house, or you could slip out during your lunch and record your videos if you are still a wagie - its a reasonably private and quiet place to be. (I never did Youtbe, but I would schedule interviews and go out to my car to do them many times.) Additionally a bunch of retards opted to record videos while they drove/commuted to places. It turned to the "gritty immediate reaction" where people would record whatever normal segment then have them in the car right after talking about it. Right After turned to """""Right After""""" as it would be a few days after once they could write up a script for them them show their "immediate reactions". Since you can't really see anything out the car of import anyway.

This then led to a bunch of trend chasers latching on to this try to appear authentic and now recording videos from your car is just a common youtard thing.
