Wow, every time I start to forget what terrible people most of these cows are, one goes and reminds me. John mansplaining and patronizing female employment to some (real) woman who probably didn't have loaded parents to fund her every boondoggle is just rich. What a smug asshole.

I'm gonna have to think about something else because else I'll just start A-logging.

I mentioned before that I was amazed at his capacity for self-delusion, but recently it's been so stupefying that I'm wondering if he isn't entirely Dunning-Kruger turned up to 11, but also Potemkin Holliday- a conscious fraud, to some extent. It's becoming the only way I can square his self-image with the reality. What on earth does he see in the mirror?

But no confirmation of what the average listener feedback is or if any of it is in the district you're supposed to be running in. So that's a statistic that's about as relevant to your "campaign" as any picture of you on a motorcycle is, Brianna.

That's a good question. We know what John's ideal vision of himself is - a 20-something, attractive, athletic, successful, independent, powerful uber-woman who is awesome at everything and whose flaws are more or less handwaved as quirks. Basically, he wants to live as a Mary Sue. However, he's none of these things and he knows it (hence why there's next to no candid pictures of Brianna anywhere and she flips her shit to Twitter support when someone posts one of the many unflattering pics of her out there). So, I don't know what he sees himself as in one of his few moments of introspection - but I know he hates it and that's likely why he keeps jumping from one make believe profession to the next.

The best part of this is while we could only be reasonably sure Natalie didn't exist, come April we can be absolutely sure Wu's campaign staff are entirely fictitious. We should archive this email for posterity.

"I was floored by DC's Metro expansion" says not-DC-insider Brianna Wu. DC's Metro system may have expanded since her internship with Trent Lott but it's so not a great example to be citing. The rapid expansion of the DC Metro system is part of the reason for it now literally falling apart from years of irregular maintenance and lack of attention to the older parts of it, like the Red Line. It's notoriously poorly managed with frequent delays, train breakdowns, switch malfunctions, is currently in the middle of a massive (poorly handled) year-long repair initiative that has at least one line shut down completely, and its ridership has been in serious decline over the last few years.

Before sperging about how great and wonderful DC is, maybe you should read up on some things before running your mouth. There's a reason Lynch or other representatives hand off these questions to staffers - it gives them some level of deniability if something comes off bad. You have all the time in the world, fucking use Google to at least read up on shit before responding to possible constituents.

Seriously, Wu is literally Trump without the success. This is Trump's pitch exactly - "In the business world we moved fast because my word was law. I'm sure government is practically the same thing".
