John really doesn't realize that most people used to be okay with the idea of transitioning, and were willing to go along with it out of a general sense of decency. After all, it really wasn't that big of an ask to refer to someone by a particular name, so it was easier to just tolerate it. It's not like it was really hurting anyone, and if it made them feel better, more power to them.

The problem for trannies is that they finally went mask off and revealed themselves to be the nutjobs they always were. They aggressively targeted anyone who might be susceptible to their grooming and converted them to become part of the troon hivemind, ruining countless friendships and relationships (and contrary to John's assertions, both men and women were targets). They forced themselves into every single community and made it all about them, forcing out anyone who didn't give a fuck about tranny bullshit, killing the community, and then traipsing off to find another one to ruin. And their constant rule changing about what was and wasn't acceptable drove everyone insane trying to keep up, and if you ran afoul of their capricious standards, they'd do everything in their power to ruin your life.

Thus, people are fucking sick of trannies as a whole, whether it's the fully bearded men who claim to be uwu soft girls or the stinkditch Frankenstein experiments like John, the enby trenders or the heckin' valid pooners. People have come to realize that they're all psychotic and that it's just not worth placating them any longer, especially since it's not actually just using a different name, it's bending the entirety of society to entertain their delusions. Most Americans are in fact negative on trannies as a whole, and it's all thanks to their own actions.

Sorry, John, you're simply a deranged gay man who should have gotten therapy to get over your tranny shit instead of a cockchop.

What did Christopher Voehl ever do to get fewer votes than Brianna Wu? I assume he was literally torturing people on stage during any debates, and his campaign tag line was 'fuck everyone, everywhere, for all time, and especially you'.

One of the defining issues was universal healthcare which was the hot button topic at the time. Voehl said some things Democrats and Progressive don't like to hear.

Hah, as if they actually did any debates. Lynch never seriously entertained the idea that either of them were serious candidates, so he basically didn't bother giving them the time of day. Shame, it would have been funny watching John pull a Biden and torpedo his scampaign with a disastrous appearance. Wouldn't surprise me if he didn't push for debates too hard for that reason.

No, Voehl only did worse because he didn't have as much backing for his race, as well as being a white man (though he might have been gay? I forget). John had both the Bank of Frank enabling his vanity campaign as well as enough gullible saps that saw "progressive 'woman'" and gave him cash. And even then, he still didn't manage to break a quarter of the primary vote. Wonder how much worse he would have done if he'd actually stuck out the second scampaign until the primaries actually happened. Alas, he found an easier grift of simply claiming to have a very important job and collecting a fat paycheck from retarded donors, so we'll never see John attempt another politician LARP again.

Seriously, why does he think it’s up to him? Does he genuinely believe that the Democrats are shrugging their shoulders in confusion over the election results and saying, “If only we’d listened to that weird gay guy?”

I’d go so far as to say that he’s exactly what’s wrong with the Democrats. He’s the very definition of a champagne socialist. The economy doesn’t affect him. He doesn’t have a job or own a home. He has no kids. He flaunts his luxury goods. He acts like a rural upbringing is being raised by wolves. But above all, he perfectly embodies the condescending, I-know-what-you-want-better-than-you-do attitude of the stereotypical big city liberal.

This is before we’ve got on to his weird delusion about the trans thing, this idea that “people don’t like tranny bullshit, except the stuff I do, which everyone is cool with.” Or “There are people who don’t like trans people, but that’s all the other trannies’ fault.”
