Why does he think he needs HRT? Is it because he has no balls? I am sure that replacement hormones for men without testicles and women without ovaries will continue to be covered. As for cross sex hormones, he must know that they are not a medical necessity.

As a "democratic operative" and "executive director" of a PAC, why would he launch a vanity project like this just before the most important election ever? He is clearly in charge of this mess, because he can't suffer being a subordinate.

We know why - it's because he isn't doing shit for the election. Literally the only case he makes for voting for Kamala is that Trump will personally execute him if he wins, and he knows this is not true. He secretly wants Trump to win, but all he can do is not campaign for Kamala. So he comes up with other "work" that makes him look too busy to get anything done.

tl;dr:
He does need HRT at this point because he has almost certainly irreversibly fucked up his endocrine system. His body is no longer able to produce hormones in anything resembling normal ranges.
He doesn't need the utterly crazy levels of horsepiss that he takes to try to grow tits, but even if we grade on a curve for eunuch he will never produce normal levels of hormones again. This is where the tranny push has come from; life long customers of big pharma even if they decide trying to be a girl was a mistake.

Anyway, this is the general shit about "trans healthcare". None of it is actually medically needed, this is trannies screeching for special treatment and for their lifestyle to be funded by everyone else, just like they scream oppression for anyone who refused to play along with their delusion.

Also daily reminder that feel that I am Napoleon and every day that my health insurance doesn't cover a military invasion of Elba to install me as governor with a personal guard of 300 soldiers is a day that this bigoted system is murdering me.

A few edge cases where the rights aren't fundamentally at odds:
-Women only want biological women in some space.
-Women don't want to be arrested and imprisoned for denying trans women in some way.
-Women don't want state-allocated taxpayer funds (or positions) designated for women going to males.

John has clear POLICY solutions for all but refuses to say simply to keep us in suspense.
