So it wouldn't be hard to write an obit and format it a la the NYT to let Wuwu see it before death makes seeing it impossible, I guess. What a kindness that would be.

In February 2017, Wu gained media attention when she warned about the militarization of space, emphasizing the potential dangers of private space tourism companies monopolizing access to the Moon. Her tweet—“Rocks dropped from [the Moon] have the power of hundreds of nuclear bombs”—underscored her ability to bridge technology and social consciousness.


Beyond her professional achievements, Wu was a prolific blogger and podcaster. Her insightful commentary on industry trends, gender representation, and the intersection of technology and society resonated with audiences worldwide. She challenged the status quo, urging the gaming world to evolve and embrace inclusivity.


Wu’s legacy lives on through her work, her advocacy, and the countless lives she touched. As we mourn her passing, let us remember her as a visionary who dared to dream of a better, more inclusive gaming landscape—one where everyone could find their place.

I'm somewhat surpised that John hasn't claimed he is being secretly airlifted to Camp David to advise Biden on his debate prep because only John Walker lynt has the cunning insight necessary to swing the battleground state polling back in favor of Sleepy Joe.

The fake stories are beginning again, just like Wu's many, many stories about workplace sexual harassment despite never having had an office job, or any job in games development. Wu is fundraising for an unnamed organisation, calling an unnamed donor and being rejected for a completely unrealistic reason as if people saying no to a donation would ever explain their reasoning or anyone soliciting one would ever be rude enough to demand a reason for a rejection.

Also, it's a story involving Wu doing actual work which automatically moves it in to the realm of fantasy.

It's funny to see John still pulling out these outrageous lies long after his team of Xitter jannies are no longer there instantly to ban anyone who questions his lies.

I honestly hope that story is true because Frank gaslighting John for over 15 years would be one of the funnier things he's done. Doesn't make up for him being a piece of shit elsewhere, but anything that makes John look dumber is a plus in my book.

John's refusing to admit being trans - even when it has become fashionable - is so odd and perverse that I've always assumed it was part of his bargain with Frank.

I looked this up and think in a sense Frank was actually right; the characters meaning "dumpling stuffed with ground meat" are the same in both Chinese and Japanese (due to the Japanese stealing the Chinese writing system back in the day) and in Japanese it's read as gyouza and in Mandarin Chinese it's jiaozi (which Brianna then badly transliterates into jouts-za). America just happened to import the Japanese version first I guess.

Frank might have been making a point about there being a Chinese version of the same dish that's very close to gyouza and uses the same characters, and Brianna with zero knowledge of or interest in the complicated history and cultural exchange between the two countries interpreted this as "HE LIED TO ME! THEY CAME FROM JAPAN!"

So he definitely did make Brianna look very dumb, whether he intended to or not.
