He still never fixed that?
Why would he even bother now? The game hit 0 consecutive players within about a week of release (down from a high of 10) and has essentially flatlined ever since.

Patching the game that literally nobody will play again is the kind of thing someone would do out of principle and out of the moral obligation to the backers.

As we know, John has absolutely no morals or loyalties to anyone but himself, and so the idea of him doing even a shred of work for something that doesn't yield immediate, tangible benefit is utterly unthinkable.

Even the standard route of screen-shotting some code or development program (even if it's, as is typically the case, total gibberish) is no longer viable because it would be a reminder of the game itself, something John no longer wants in neon lights. The main reason being that R60 bombed harder than anything in Steam history and that's a fact so glaringly obvious that even John, the least subtle and insightful moron on twitter, could not avoid noticing.

Sarkesian developed the game where John Walker Flynt pretends to be a real woman so he can hide behind a Star Trek meme gender-based inoculation in society designed to relieve him of the ability to not be always wrong about everything he ever does at every decision point in his life, I thought? I don't follow the rat looking woman thing close enough to know for sure though . . .

(Yeah, I was referring to Anita being the rat woman there, sorry for the confusion.)

You don't have friends, John.

Is there a site that shows Steam stats to show just how low it really is in terms of sales, players, etc. compared to other games? I mean, there has to be some indie games made in basements that did worse than Rev 60 simply on account that no one knows about them. I'm willing to bet Rev 60 is in the bottom few dozen. If you edit out those types of games, it's definitely in the bottom 5 for games that were made "professionally" by "studios" (using that term loosely for GSK), and possibly the worst in that category.

R60 was always going to suck. Even John knew it, even if he wouldn't admit it openly, it's why he kept it in development limbo, so he could claim to be a developer without having to actually produce anything. His hand was forced by Frank, who, in a moment I can't fault him for, wanted to see some results for the money he poured into it, and given the Kickstarter revolt, he had enough brains to realize he couldn't let John indefinitely stall things anymore.

When it finally released on Steam, it was obvious John had it done against his own wishes, which is why he abandoned the game to its fate of being swarmed with weens shitting up the discussions and reviews, and even his brief attempts to accept the few deluded asspatters who licked his phantom taint soon ended when all evidence it was a laughable failure couldn't be denied anymore.

In a way, though, it was a relief for him too. It was a millstone around his neck because the longer he stalled, the more people wanted him to fish or cut bait to prove his worth, and since he immediately went on to try LARPing as a journalist with nary a look back at his failure was so obviously him being glad he didn't have to badly cosplay as a game developer anymore.

A VR headset that determines your emotions based on facial expressions?
Nice way to discriminate against the autistic and mentally disabled Wu. They're not good at expressing emotions.
