Unless there's a software or website that will hold her hand and essentially do it for her or she can hire a bunch of people (mostly females obviously) online to do it for her and let her take all the credit it'll never happen. Wu loves to throw out big talk about doing so much, but she's so hideously incompetent she can't do even the most basic gopher-level bullshit by herself.

From Boston as well. In what scenario would he need to jump through hoops to avoid flying through NC? There is a direct flight from Boston to nearly any major city and a lot of minor ones too. Why would he have to fly through NC which is a 2nd tier American Airlines hub.

All depends on how the American and US Air merger worked. Charlotte used to be the primary hub for US Air and most of the cheapest fares out of Boston were US Air flights prior to the merger. I haven't flown since the merger, so I don't know how they deployed their separate fleets and crews. It is possible a lot of American flights are just rebranded US Air flights that are still using Charlotte.
