So it's being put off slightly less longer than the fixing of the game breaking bug in the final boss battle of the worst received independent video game release in the history of the Steam platform is what you're saying? Why am I not surprised in the least?
Frank strikes me as the type of guy who doesn't usually participate in politics because his vote won't 'count' in a solidly blue state like Massachusetts anyway but I could see John making him register, filling out the ballot and just forcing Frank to sign the final result to make it official, in kind of a reverse of the process for getting the game out to the early financiers of it this summer with an unbeatable boss fight at the end that isn't being addressed a month later.
