To be fair (mwehehehe), if I had to be in the same room with Wu, who is no doubt trying to tell the vet how to do their job, I'd be acting about the same.

It's weird. Wu seems to selectively lash out like this is his first day using not only Twitter, but social media as a whole, and he doesn't realize that people have been giving their unsolicited opinions to strangers on the internet for decades. It's just part and parcel of using message boards and other social media. Like many SJWs, he thinks that a platform designed to allow people to broadcast public messages to the entire world is supposed to give you a strong measure of control over who can give you feedback, like it is your private Facebook profile.
So when someone gives a dissenting opinion that he can't logically rebut, he falls back on the indignant response: "Listen to me. Do you realize? Do you realize something? That you are mansplaining to a stranger on the Internet? Take your tweet off the Internet NOW NOW NOW NOW!"
