So after alienating all of the previous staff and then spending two years tweaking lighting effects, Wu thinks they can just pop out another game?

How?
She will probobly have to go through another crowdfunding service. Until she sends out all the back rewards, she cannot create another Kickstarter. Same happened to Feminist Frequency.

Both Jaimas and myself have noticed: Professional is way better written then Rogue. So did Bri NOT write Professional?

This just made my day. I went back to check the start of someones stream that I missed last night, and something interesting caught my attention.
On their first time opening the game, they had a save file on 'Girlfriend Mode' that just happened to match the time/date of when I stopped and set up my torrent.
So I dug even further and as of so far, four of the streams that I've seen have all used my torrent for their videos, meaning there's even less legitimate purchases floating about!
Love it.

Let's hope nobody sends Brianna a copy of the Protocols of the Elders of Gamergate.

This is the whole "Renegade Shep is actually the True and Honest Hero and Paragon Shep is an evil asshole" shit all over again, isn't it?

"No, THIS is what you're supposed to think about my characters."

And regardless of whether Minuete "takes it more seriously," she's kind of an asshole (and not in the charming way) so people are naturally going to dislike her. And the other one, I think her name is Amanda, seems to be much more moral and cautious which means that most players would probably follow her path because the alternative is working for someone who's utterly unlikable and uncooperative. That's the thing Wu and many other devs need to learn about games, if you're going to put in a good and evil karma system in the game, you have to make it so that the decisions are actually difficult. Like how in Fallout 3 you have the option to destroy an entire town and everyone in it to make a large sum of cash, or you can save the town and earn yourself a home with access to supplies. There's a great reward for each choice, you just have to weigh on which one you want more and which one has consequences you can live with. For Wu and many others there's absolutely zero reason to follow either path because either way the same shit happens, there's just slight variations in the story and the gameplay that don't really affect anything in the grand scheme of things, the other branch to the storyline is more or less just there so the dev can fellate themselves about having choices in their games.
