I think he's pulling a fast one. Until you can put it in your cart and buy it, I refuse to believe it's actually there.
 
I hope the gamergate spergs don't troll her too much. Wouldn't want her to get any sympathetic press. The amount of coverage she has right now is just perfect.
 
I love that EULA, it's the bargain-basement legalese version of "ORIGINAL CHARACTER DO NOT STEAL".

Interesting that her fly-by-night lawyer didn't pick up on the fact that "Chessboard Holdings" is a Delaware corporation. All that stuff about Massachusetts at the end is incompetence. On whose part, I'm not sure.

Being a indie game developer was simply a gimmick to get Twitter cred, since all the other prominent GG'ers were also doing it. With that fad over with, Brianna is sort of realizing she put too much effort into it and people are holding her accountable.
