I've got the property record card for their house, which gives me the base house dimensions, and I have plenty of photographs to piece together to a layout, but I'm always running into issues with making things match up, because there's windows in pictures that don't make sense with the floor plan that I was working on. Livingroom connects to dining space connects to kitchen, but matching the windows up just doesn't work. What I wouldn't give for some RECENT photos of the house from the street, because my biggest hanging point is that there are clearly two different fireplaces in the house, but only one chimney in street view. And the three-bay windows don't make sense anymore.

Overall, the house is fucking disgusting.

Because the normal edition is the one that works and the thing he uploaded has the same name as the file he uploaded millenia ago,you have to upload the new content AND TAG IT as special edition in the repository to be approved by Steam

Sounds like they're living in the "Overlook Hotel".

I wonder if maybe the window that's bothering you is facing into the backyard where it's not easily seen. Could you tell where it's likely laction isd with the information you have, or is it really a complete mystery?

Street view is a glorious thing, because I can get angles to see all four sides of the house, but there are a couple of unique windows in the house that have to be in certain spots, but doesn't quite line up with what I'm seeing in the pictures. I gave up trying to use a floor planner at the moment and i'm just ghetto-fabbing it in paint because of how much I keep erasing and changing because it doesn't fit right.

I like the last sentence of the Steam email: You may choose to list your store page as coming soon to build interest. But no fucking way will John do that because he thinks that his game is already legendary and everyone on Steam knows it's coming.
 
Listing it as "coming soon" would also further cement the release date into history. There's already so little wiggle room for potential excuses Wu has to work with, keeping it on Twitter is the safest bet.
 
I still doubt we'll see a release, but I'm going to start apologizing to my computer now just in case it turns out for real this time.

You're a terrible person, I'm not sure I could do the level of filth enough justice in a VR experience. BUT, I think I've got a rough floorplan for the main level that I can be happy with. I need a couple more things to confirm it, but I'm not sure what else I can fit together. Obviously, nothing is scaled and it looks like shit, but for a rough pass, I'm happy.

I'm going to be redoing the floor plan as close to scale as I can, with all of the rooms broken down with the various photos I sourced as well as the chronicle of just how fucking filthy that house is. Though what I do know is that there have been some renovations/modifications done to the house as best I can tell, because there are a couple of things that don't line up between older photos and newer ones anymore. Unless it's just a small closet, which is possible.
