It also ignores that apartments are built as cheaply as possible by the landlord. Houses, not McMansions, will last 100+ years, most "luxury" apartments the stick construction won't last half of that. Well-built apartments don't have those issues, but that's not what is being built and getting ramrodded through council meetings. I love these granola types not realizing they've been turned into simps for the construction industry.

Also, anyone who advocates this has never lived in apartments with kids or neighbors with children.

This also ignores the absolute state of traffic fuckery as 100 people try to leave the apartment to go to work (you know John, actual jobs in an office. Oh wait you don't, because you've been leeching off your parents or a screaming gay chink) There's no partking lot or parking structure shown. Most suburban neighborhoods they keep trying this shit in just don't have the street capacity for suddenly 100 people using the same small streets, and that's before we get into the fact they will have 10 people over every day with their cars parked on the streets.

Also builders NEVER put in enough parking and use "Well we're green so use public transit and want to deprioritize cars"; they are not green, they are not deprioritizing cars, but adding another floor of parking garage (or not building an extra floor of apartments, or making those apartments 1000sqft instead of 800sqft) means they only make 80 million instead of 100 million on the project and that shit CANNOT STAND so they get useful idiots to simp out while they build the thinnest walls allowed by code.

It also ensures you are a rent-paying paypig for life. You can't buy an apartment, and good luck getting the several million needed to buy a building. Yes condos are a thing, but the HOA dues are just lesser rent.

Also John, it doesn't matter if the damage is done. You should be giving up your house to some low-income housing builder so you can live in one of the 8 apartments that they build instead of one wasteful house. Think of the 7 black and mexican families. you can house instead of have 12 porsches.

I doubt he’s going to follow through on his threats. There’s nothing he can really sue her for. All that information was freely available online and there’s nothing libellous in there.

What I want to see is where it goes from here. His mistake was letting his pent-up male aggression take the lead. He’s shown that 1) You can totally post the evidence that shows he’s trans with no consequences and 2) it really riles him up. Any time he starts mouthing off, that option is there. Hell, people might just start doing it to troll him.

That's a great pic, but the one that sums up John Flynt and Frank Wu is the Denvention cosplay contest photo with John as Jane Fonda and Frank as John Phillip Law from Barbarella. It is perhaps the most grotesque image I've ever seen. (As a bonus, the sci-fi fan who posted it identifies John as "Brianna Flynt.")

This is when we first learned that Deagle Nation was an elaborate ARG sort of deal, because the only reason the restraining order failed was because Jace Connors did not legally exist. When I saw the news of Twitter allowing deadnaming I immediately ran to this thread to see how John was taking it. I knew he'd be the first to blow up because he seems to be the one tranny on the internet who really doesn't want people to know that he's a tranny and benefited from Twitter's policies banning people for calling out the fact that he is in fact a tranny, born male with the birthname John Walker Flynt.
