It's the kind of look of someone who's had too much plastic surgery that frightens children and adults alike. It's a permanent expression that betrays all the emotion a person is actually feeling and is replaced by a look that no one can trust because it doesn't feel genuine.
Wu could be feeling happy, sad, angry, etc. You can't tell the difference. Most people who overdo plastic surgery get those stereotypical big puffy lips and creepy perma-smile. Wu instead was given the permanent wide eyed, shocked, deer in the headlights sort of look which is funny to me. The best he can do is just fake it which ends up looking weirder and creepier than normal.
Imagine spending every moment of your life looking like you just walked into a murder scene.

Tell me this isn't the face of a politician you can trust?
