To add insult to injury, Ronald is one of the mods of the SMA leaderboards, and he's the mod that acquiesced to John's demands in the first place. And given the forum's current clearnet issues that are forcing a lot of us onto Dutch VPNs, the fact that he's from the Netherlands is just the cherry on top. Never mind that John's supposed claim to fame is bullshit anyway, considering that there are several dozen people faster than him on the original SMB2 in his preferred category, including fourteen faster than his All-Stars run. There aren't enough asterisks in the world for all the qualifiers John would need for his bullshit.

That's barely a potbelly sandwich per month, any pleb can pay that! If a blue check mark cost $200 a month he would be on top of it, it would separate him from the others. Eight bucks though? He will still pay it but would happily pay more to make himself seem more important.

Normally, watching a junkie struggle with their addiction is sad, but John's recent struggle with Twitter is fast turning into a favorite for me. His "quitting" tweets were dangerously close to becoming self aware. He outright said it's bad for him and a waste of his time, implied that he could leave if he wanted to, but then came back because it's just so good. He even mentioned (maybe joking if we give him the benefit of the doubt) how he was trying to use speedrunning as a way to replace viral tweets. And now he's leaping onto a different social media site.

It's also entertaining how focused he is on Musk/Twitter, I thought he'd be sperging out nonstop about the Pelosi attacker since there were several media outlets talking about how he was radicalized by Gamer Gate.

Has KF ever had may or tech issues of its own cause? It maybe stuttered during the Chris Chan arrest arc, Null keeps it running pretty smoothly on his own and with a handful of mods/admins.

I like the idea that with reduced jannies a big event could clog the algorithms or something and everyone would be buried under an avalanche of NIGGERS, and maybe revert it to its basic form as a direct communications medium, and that's what these people consiser to be "knocking it down like a house of cards."
