Effectively yes, though I didn't realize he did actually do something more recently than the last time I checked, mostly because he barely brings up his scam PAC so it slips my mind easily.
Seems like John (or probably someone he threw a few bucks at on Fiverr) did make and post a few ads for Nina Turner back in April, all of which have laughable view counts. The only one that broke a thousand views was the one titled "Charlamagne tha God," presumably solely because of the recognizable name (ain't nobody know who Frederick Douglas is these days).
As for everything else associated with the scam PAC, most of it remains untouched. His website hasn't posted a press release since December 2020 (announcing support for Nina Turner), and pretty much everything else looks like it hasn't even been looked at since then. His Facebook hasn't posted anything since February 2021. The Twitter account actually did make some posts, but it was just links to the Nina Turner ads, and pretty much the only engagement was mocking him for his shit takes like "Nina Turner will magically double your money!"
And what did the support of the juggernaut Rebellion PAC do for Nina's campaign?
She performed even worse than she did in the 2021 special election, with over 11,000 fewer votes. Whoops.
The financial statements do get posted here when they're made public, and it's pretty pathetic each time. A couple candidate donations here and there, paying a few consultants for nebulous reasons, and not a lot of incoming funds.
Like everything John's ever done, it's a vanity project and nothing more. It's a lot easier than the scampaign because he doesn't really have to do much of anything beyond talk a big game. No public speaking, no canvassing, no meet-and-greets, all John has to do is stay home and relax while putting on airs of actually doing very important work. Never mind that none of his preferred candidates ever win their elections, he's fighting for a better tomorrow!

By "doping to the point of amnesia" he probably means twilight sleep. The general history of how medicine has treated women in childbirth is indeed pretty horrific, but twilight sleep's popularity was spearheaded by women because it was considered the best option at the time. Also, "doping to the point of amnesia so you don't cause a fuss" is not some barbaric relic of the past, it's called conscious sedation and it's still extremely common, just not for childbirth and with better drugs.

It's easy to be the best at something when majority of people don't care because it's so niche. It's even lazier to invent your own special category within that niche in order to be the best at it.

Just to echo byrn, child birth has sucked for women for hundreds of thousands of years. Because evolution doesn’t give a shit about human suffering and evolution decided that big brains were more important than anything else to the extent that babies have flexible skull bones and woman’s pelvises can be ripped apart in birth.
Modern medicine, primarily invented by patriarchal white men, has worked tirelessly at reducing this suffering given the technology and techniques available at the time. Unsurprisingly, the tech of the 50’s, that‘s 70 years ago, was not as good as we have today!
We now have a wonder procedure, the epidural, developed by men, that removes the pain with hardly any other side effects.
We truly live in The Handmaids Tale.
