Ah, I miss the Gut Belt of Fail. Problem Glasses just aren't anywhere near as funny or unique an accessory.

One thing about John never changes: his inability to have more than one outfit at a time. Back then, it was black shirt, gut belt, and jeans. During the scampaign, it was the One Black Dress with Problem Glasses. Now, it's...honestly, who fucking knows, what with how infrequently John goes in front of a camera these days. That beret attempting to hide his receding hairline was a nice touch for a while, dunno if he's still using it.

You can read the story here.

It screams fake. The city isn't named. The school isn't named. And every name in the story is reported as a pseudonym. The author uses direct quotes to report conversations where she couldn't possibly have been present; and those quotes are all just too perfect for advancing the writer's agenda. The descriptions of events and places where the writer was also never present have the same problem -- no attribution and everything described in vivid detail in third-person omniscient.

Any editor with half a brain would have spiked it immediately and fired the writer. No reader with an IQ over 90 will believe this obviously fictional tale. Journalist John, of course, swallows it hook, line, and sinker.

John has trained Frank to buy him every new Apple toy, so "deleting" the app from his iPhone 13 is meaningless when he's also got the app on an 13 Mini, a 13 Pro, and a 13 Pro Max. You know - for all those important ScamPAC meetings and um, uh, stuff!
