Finance expert John entered the chat!
This is the guy who said PTON was a bargain at $30. PTON is $13.65 right now so it is super bargain!
Tesla is a big scam, but John does not even understand it. Tesla makes money by selling carbon credits. "Internal combustible" vehicles make money for Tesla. Loads of it.
If John feels so strong about this though, he should publicly short $1 million of Tesla shares. That would get Elon's attention, make John the finance genius who is so successful $750,000 when TSLA hits $150/share, and show everyone that John is willing to put Frank's money where his crooked mouth is.

Let's not forget that Economist John thinks that when stocks go down that the dollars separating the high price and the low price have "vanished." I also have to assume that he believes that when stocks go up, dollars are magically created. I further assume that John's economics profs at Ole Miss committed suicide.

I don't think that, I think that toxic femininity is different from toxic masculinity. Let's call both of those that what twitter idiots call them. It's about aggression and hate, really, and it was a thing a poster in BP posted about the differences between men and women. A man will go up to a man and call him a piece of shit for whatever reason, but rarely take a swing at him because that means he's fired on the spot. In a womens workplace one will say "Janet can be a bitch sometimes..." and go from there.
We've seen it so many times now that silently building support and scheming is how it works in woke companies, it's more like a snake in the grass that will get you as opposed to a dog barking to keep you away.
That's toxic femininity and from older women I know, going back way before Twitter, that's just what the all-female workplace is like. It's aggression in a different format.

edit: sorry about sperging
this is certainly the case in offices, but in my experience, mostly female-staffed factories tend to be staffed with much more sensible, hard-headed types who just don't put up with that kind of bullshit
for what it's worth, my experience of all-male workplaces (consisting of middle-aged working class Yorkshiremen) is that they're pretty chill as long as you don't talk about reality TV or the X-Factor; if you do, then the language gets very colourful very quickly

But more importantly, why would any man put their cock into a lawnmower and prance around in a dress?

It would be half accurate at any rate.

No utterance too re,tarded for John to speak into existence.

The plot is riddled with gaping holes and they take artistic liberties to the point that it no longer resembles reality. All females are rape victims, all rape victims are trans identifying, all trans are homicide victims. Show is canceled 43 seconds into the pilot.

>"Tesla is subject to enormous regulatory risk"
>The political party in power controls the regulatory agencies
>Republicans are poised to sweep Congressional midterms and probably impeach Biden and/or de-certify the election
>Elon Musk kisses up to Republicans by buying Twitter
>Yet somehow, siding with Republicans makes Tesla more subject to regulatory risk rather than less

I don't know, it doesn't make sense to me. But then, I don't have the finely-tuned mind of a man who took 10 years to fail to earn a journalism degree, so what do I know?

The most famous production houses in the world? Is that even a fact? Or just another of Brianna Wu's delusional lies.
Do you even have to ask? If he was really working with "the most famous production houses in the world", he'd be able to name them.

The six wealthiest -- and best-known -- production houses: Disney, Universal, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros., Sony, Paramount. All in or near Hollywood.

John's "production house," Mind Riot Entertainment, declines to list a physical address, a phone number, or an email address on its amateurish website. The company further declines to list a single thing that it has actually produced.

One of the most famous production houses in the world, that's produced all of a single episode of something that can't be watched anywhere.

John’s world is much smaller than most people’s. It consists of him, Gamergate, his ego and some Asian guy named Fred or something.

To be fair, FF13 is a very easy game

by running in a straight line endlessly while playing it, it felt like he was actually in the game

Elon should challenge Brianna to a street race in one of his Teslas decked out in skeleton decals #Tyced

they don't have a wikipedia page, but imdb lists them as having 12 titles, one in pre-production, the other 11 announced

Screenshot_20220524-180859~2.png

so they've produced precisely zero titles, but they've announced they're going to be making some dramatised documentary type stuff that you'd generally find during weekday tv slots on obscure channels

As of now, they're actually less productive than GiantSpaceKat

as usual, John isn't just wrong, but fractally wrong, as you look into his claims they dissolve into ever deeper and deeper layers of false assertions like some horrific acid trip

"So, please bookmark this Tweet. Expect a Tesla stock crash soon. It's going to go the way of WeWork, Theranos, Luna and all these other great scams of the 21st century. It will eventually settle of a fair valuation. Probably around $100." (Then: "As I said, I think a valuation around $150")

So it's a "great scam" of the century but it's also going to settle into a "fair valuation" that would make it a really profitable and sustainable stock? WeWork is slightly different from the others in that it wound up holding a bunch of real estate so it actually still has value. But Terra Luna is currently worth almost nothing. Theranos is worth less than nothing. Under his suggested "fair valuation" Tesla would remain one of the largest car companies on the planet. That's worthy of being listed among "other great scams" that saw non-existent assets disappear off the books overnight? With actual fraudulent schemes based on lies that might make even John blush to make publicly? And the whole thing has been exposed because Elon has tried to buy Twitter with his own personal funds?

I can't wait for John's tech articles.
"Tesla is the next WeWork".

WeWork is what a "tech company" run by John would look like.

Wait, wait, wait... This mongo is saying he beat FF13 while running 8.5-min miles on a treadmill? 7mph for 60 hours is 420 hours miles of running in one month. That's 14 miles per day, every day. 8.5min mile and running that distance is feasible if you're a top-tier athlete (when training for a fight, Floyd Mayweather reportedly runs 5-10 miles per day, every day), but you have to already be in really good shape to be pulling those kinds of numbers, let alone also being able to pay attention to and actively play a game. It already seems like a silly claim on its face, but when you break down the numbers it's completely incredulous.

It's bullshit anyway. As I said last time this came up.

Fun fact: All these various claims are total bullshit.
Wu in fact completed chapters 1-10 of FF13 in 8 days between March 9th of 2010 (release day, incidentally) and March 17th. She then abandoned the game and only actually completed it in 2011, where I think she cheated because a whole bunch of unrelated achievements happen on the same day.

I expect the truth is that she set up the TV in front to the treadmill, tried it out once and found it was impractical to play a game while running and then never tried it again.
