Only an idiot would "analyze" and "research" the manifestos of crazy people. (Not that John actually did read either of them.) If you think the "warning signs" in the manifestos of mass shooters who issue their manifestos immediately before carrying out their act can help inform you of future events you're clearly an idiot.

Mentally ill people create manifestos constantly, they don't do mass murder. Some mass murderers are both mentally ill and creators of manifestos.

If the shooter had written that he was saving people from COVID after reading Arthur Chu's Twitter feed for two years what would you do John? Jim Jones killed more Black Americans than all these "4chan/8chan" mass shooters combined, do you even know what his views were?

Well, I would imagine that one reason that Greg Locke's Global Vision Christian Church doesn't have to abide by 501(c)(4) rules like your PAC is because it's organized as a 501(c)(3) which is an entirely different type of non-profit.

Also, don't you regularly claim that Rebellion PAC operates as a partisan organization to elect Democrats?
 
Youth crime rates have fallen dramatically over the past 30 years, "the boys" were objectively more violent and toxic before they had the internet. So have sex crime rates. Even hate crime rates have remained FLAT since the 90s, which is incredible when you consider that the FBI has constantly expanded the definition of what counts as a hate crime. It only "feels like" it's gotten worse due to the media, but people of every single decade "feels like" crime is skyrocketing even as they hit record-lows.

The reason church's get a pass on violating those rules is the IRS won't dare to enforce them, because if they do they'll almost certainly be strike down as unconstitutional government interference in religion. Some church's used to even send tapes of them violating the Johnson amendment right to the IRS, daring them to do anything about it.

The fact Wu doesn't know this, despite allegedly being a super serious committed political activist, is yet another bit of evidence showing this whole thing is just another twitter LARP.

On the few occasions they've done it, they've generally won. For instance, the Church at Pierce Creek in 1992. Of course, they'd gone well beyond a few stray remarks and had actually just openly taken out an attack ad against Bill Clinton. I don't see why I should have to pay taxes for my political activities and some swindling charlatan doesn't just because he calls it a religion.

If they don't like it, they can register as a 501(c)(4) or a 527 like any other political organization.

That said, it's unlikely a bunch of angry gibberish from the pulpit is going to get a tax exemption yanked. It takes something a lot more clear-cut like the Church at Pierce Creek case.

I also believe his analysis of the shooter manifesto was Frank standing scream-faced in front of a white board with pen in hand ready to write down the facts while Wu named searched himself, then just Brianna, then just Wu, then Spacekatgal etc until eventually typing in gamergate, maybe even Zoe... He then realized this 120 hour work day was for nothing and it can't become a televised episode of Gamergate, it has to be on Twitter instead.
