I like all the steps taken in the OP to connect the game to something unrelated that's not actually happening so they can whine about it. Sony maliciously choosing this week of all weeks to promote a game that has nothing to do with genocidal legislation (that doesn't exist) being supposedly prompted by Rowling's "anti-trans" views (which have no connection to each other and neither of which happened this week anyway) is supposed to be some kind of incredible faux-paus because things just don't coincidentally happen. As if Crystal and Brianna would ever allow there to be a time to promote such a game when [THING IS HAPPENING] even though they hate it no matter what just because it shares an IP with other things created/written by someone they hate for not being a woman who is not pro-trans enough.

Because it's a low-effort way to virtue signal for easy NPC points.
