I used to play a game where VOIP was pretty much required for team coordination. I gave zero fucks if the person sounded female or not, regardless of skill. But what I hated was "Tee hee hey everyone how are you doing? Yes I'm a girl tee hee where is everyone from?" girls who were in it for validation from simps not to play. So those bitches got a Tits or GTFO.
High skill players are also playing in upper tiers, i.e. no filthy casuals. So the "girls" - usually some species of tranny - are dedicated to the game, not just fishing for horny guys to favorite them on Instagram.
