Only someone with no hard skills thinks soft skills are the most important in a career. (But maybe this belief explains how John picked that really woke and personable Tijuana veterinarian to perform his SRS.) And his moronic claim to have hired more than 500 people shows that he's never even worked in a large- or medium-size company, much less been involved in hiring at one.
