Considering how bad John is at keeping commitments, I wonder if this is something related to lack of dilation, and if so, how many times it’s needed to be done.

Nothing screams "professional politician" like streaming yourself playing video games while stoned on medication. Really winning over those blue collar people, Brianna.
Brianna "Natural Woman" Wu, off to have her vagina surgically re-opened after it healed itself shut again?

He barely uses it. A few months back he streamed Wolfenstein, and it was a trainwreck. If there's no pay to win option, he's a terrible gamer. I don't remember him really talking about anything either or even attempting to engage the audience. Granted, most of the audience was probably just us.
I'd like to see Wu play Super Mario Bros 2. She's always talking about how awesome she is at that game. It'd be interesting to see if that has any basis in reality. The Peggle at the end of the last stream she did where Frank beat her twice if I remember rightly showed her much vaunted Peggle skills to be so much hot air. I'm not even sure if it's possible to have Peggle skills.
Realistically it's probably going to be another playstation game, because woman in tech Wu isn't going to be able to figure out the mysteries of OBS and emulators.
Flynt/Wu described his vocal cord (which he constantly misspelled chord) surgery as if it were a medical procedure to correct a condition that might befall any true and honest woman. He didn't come right out and say he was having a cancerous lesion removed, but the implication was along those lines. He never even vaguely hinted that the actual purpose of the surgery was to make him sound less like an exceptionally effeminate gay man.
