While I don't know how in-touch Frank is with his heritage, and I agree that the way Brianna uses it to make herself look more sensitive is pretty gross, I don't think it's fair to say that Frank doesn't count as Asian just because he was born in the States. Black people don't magically stop being black just because they weren't born in Africa, after all.

Everything I've read about Frank suggests he's a banana (yellow on the outside, white on the inside). IIRC, there's even a couple of autobiographical blurbs from his various Hugo fanzine columns where he admits being basically "raised American" and whose only tenuous link his Chinese heritage is the occasional takeout order. Because to get their ideology widespread, they need something high profile, and since almost all SJWs are lazy entitled hacks who don't want to put for efforts to make their ideas work with stuff they create from scratch, it's quicker and lazier to hijack existing stuff to fit their needs.

I think it's pretty clear by now they don't thrive on creating they thrive on complaining and making people change things to suit them.
