Jeepers. Wu seems to be torn, in some tortured fashion, between hating women and kissing their butts. She butters up the campus women in the Lewinsky piece, after calling herself a political moderate.

Yes, you read that right, Wu self-describes as a political moderate.

WOW...Those deformed eggplant skulls are actually legit proxies of Wu's cranium...now if these two had her hump, curved spine, and lanky gibbon arms, it'd be the "John" we know and love!

Ummm....more pissiness, John? Attacking the math dept., for, what? Out-of-date hardware? Shades of Wu criticizing the car her "friend" picked her up in.

Even when being aided, or (in this case) published, it's Susan's Place all over again: Wu has to bite the hand that feeds her. It's a mania with her.

Is he just tone-deaf? no matter how much you hate everyone, you can't just flip a big middle finger to the audience of the paper that PAYS YOU to draw your ugly, mean-spirited little comic. It's funny, the comic mocks these sorts of "delta delta delta can I helpya helpya helpya?" girls, but the perky little boobs are drawn with such care that....you know Wu is, more than anything else, truly jealous of such girls who Unconsciously succeed at being Social.

Well, that is the exact shit show on display given how deeply Wu worked to entrench themselves in the gamergate scandal...which started when publications went and decided the best course of action was to fucking deride the people who gave them business in the first p lace.

Ah, sorry for making you do the extra work for no results, but I wanted to be sure.

But this also seems to indicate that pretty much every major thing worth noting in the resume actually might be attempts at doing them and not mentioning that aspect (or that they don't exist to begin with).

Really, the only truthful thing in this resume is the work for a government figure, which Wu has cited more than a few times I guess, but everything else reeks of almost no effort whatsoever beyond making the graphics look cluttered as hell. And doesn't that sound familiar?

Also, I just want to revisit the resume again. Let's review the Socially Unconscious chronology in order:
4/97 or so: Comic created
11/98: After forgetting his comic, he comes back to it at Millsaps, and is a "staff cartoonist"... but even though he listed it on his resume, spent most of his time on a personal project trying to start a company.
2/99: Starts voice acting for the comic
9/99: Becomes the lead animator. Does this mean he had animators before and drove them all away, similar to Revolution 60?
9/00: After a year and a half on the job, begs $150K from his parents
9/00: Takes another "job" at Millsaps as a "political writer" while still supposedly being a lead animator.

Does this sound like someone you want to hire?

You can tell so, so easily this is Wu writing this - bitching about not having only *the* latest hardware (though by the time Wu had to have written this, Office 2000 would have been the latest version of that software package, not 97) and so much passive aggressive angst in how everything actually is scathing criticism via the 'damming through faint praise' angle.

Professor Wick, however, seems to be the prototype GethN7. Before there were online forums, Wu was getting owned in the Editor Letters columns of their own paper.

Dude, so glad you pointed this out. Went to take a closer look and...in the upper left hand corner, approx., you can see "SOCIALLYUNCONCIOUS" clear as day.

I also see "Times Courtier New" a number of times, "MINUETE KELEY" is around the upper middle, and dead center at the top "THE BISHOP BEACON - NIGHT"

Somehow, it looks to be as if the "random" text in the background is actually the HTML source code (it's code I can tell that much) for a Socially Unconscious script document.

It really is Wu's own version of Sonichu if he can't even keep it out of his own resume like CWC couldn't not wear the medallion to his graduation of shame.

@Jaimas your presence is needed - we've found the missing pieces of reconstructing Wu's college years. And so much more.

That's because they are the same characters - Holiday and Minnie are Soc. Uncon's main protag/antag pair just as much in that comic (though you can't tell which of the girls they ARE since the only one that's easily identifiable is the perpetually drunk one who is neither) as they are in R60.

I'm guessing that Wife No. 2 is Allison McBain, the wife who either abused Frank or was abused by him (depending on which story you believe), she looks more or less the same way Allison looks like in picture that are definitely hers. But who exactly is Wife No. 1? I don't recall hearing Frank had a wife before Allison, this is news to me.

I can't tell if you mean the place between their legs or their hair. Given how far up their own asses their heads are shoved you can see why I'm confused.

Also, that screenshot is great for showing how fucking nuts the body styles in R60 are: her head is larger than her fucking ribcage.
