I think it's pretty obvious that flyntworks is just a troll and not actually Wu. The line about having a degree in Computer Science is clearly a joke about how Wu doesn't actually have a STEM degree.

If you people don't know what D2 is, then buckle the fuck up and look up the playthrough of D and D2 by "SuperGreatFriend" on youtube. Don't worry, even amidst the absolute batshit insanity that this game contains, it's still more understandable than Revolution 60. Which really is saying something...watch those videos, you'll immediately understand why.

Not surprised at all. Hell, even R60 boils down to a visual novel once you strip away the pisspoor Mega Man Battle Network-ish battle mechanics.

Basically, Wu is a lame ass casual trying to fake being a core gamer, but sucks unholy ass at maintaining the illusion because he spergs about shit like this and Peggle, and when it comes to games that require actual skill the asshole plays them on "help, I'm a wimp who play on easier than easy" settings, and since he's a pussy when it comes to this, he trying to sell the idea women are just as much of an inept bitch like him when it comes to games.

John, I know you're reading this, so small tip for you: There is no shame in being a casual gamer, but quit faking being a core gamer, you fucking suck at it.

It's basically a teen/young adult slasher movie made into a choose your own adventure that fucked a video game. I watched an hour and a half of gameplay footage and I've never met anyone who talks like any of these characters. It's like a 50 year old wrote their dialogue, trying too hard to sound like a 16-20 year old. It also rips off a bit from Silent Hill: Shattered Memories in how simple questions you answer with a doctor will create small changes in the game.

Does it have black lesbians or something? I looked up a few reviews and they all seem to be wanking over how progressive it is.

I think it's progressive in that it calls itself a "game" when its just an interactive horror movie. Kind of like how Wu calls himself a woman when he's actually a man.

Not that I saw. Seems like everyone had a crush on someone else and it never seemed like anyone was gay. It had all the basic tropes from horrow movies

- Confident and nice blonde chick with a solid moral compass who is played by a recognizable actress
- Love triangles that lead to suspicion, tons of false jump scares in the beginning, people insisting to go do things alone despite the fact it's a dark, snowy mountain where two friends mysteriously died a year earlier
- Funny guy, jock, popular guy every girl likes, snobby rich girl with too many bags

I'm hoping that all these tropes were introduced JUST to turn them on their heads but I hadn't seen far enough to suggest anything like that.

So its one of those games that pretends to deconstruct tropes to disguise the fact that it's hopelessly derivative and unoriginal?

Sounds like a game sjws would shit themselves over.
 
Does anyone have a comprehensive list on what games Wu has actually played? All I can remember is that she's played stuff like Peggle because she won't shut up about it. I mean, honestly speaking, it sounds like Dobson has more gaming credibility since at least we know he's played Skyrim.

Mass Effect? I don't know for sure if she's actually played it but so much of Rev60 is ripped off from it so I assume she played through at least one of them.
 
It wouldn't surprise me if she played the third one, since BioWare designed that with both "progressive choices" (hi lesbians) and an ability to turn the game into a literal cakewalk.
 
If you want a slog regarding the James Bond movies John, watch the shitty Pierce Brosnan ones (Tomorrow Never Dies and Die Another Day). Roger Moore was a crap Bond, but I'll give him the fact that his worst movies at least had some entertainment value to them. (Moonraker was pretty cool visually and musically and A View To A Kill had Christopher Muthafuckin' Walken)
