I don't know anything about SJW's other than what I read here, and what has seeped into other forums I visit...Being the hugbox and "safe space" mentalities, which I believe are unnecessary and can hurt communities. (ie. making more work for mods who are then told they're "triggering" whiners by doing their jobs)

That's actually what is killing Reddit and Twitter. By pandering to the idiots who want them to purge all heretics that hurt their feelings and install safeguards against further "mean words and harassment", they are discouraging opposing points of view since anyone can be barred for offending the SJWs, and when the SJWs are in power or dominate those who are, those places hemorrhage all the people fed up with the censorship and tone policing. The stock of Twitter is tanking because of their failure to retain users as a result.

tl;dr: People like Wu are killing the very places they love with this bullshit.

Obviously they need to kick off more people, basically anyone who isn't a full lockstep SJW. They haven't banned enough normal people yet to cater to fringe loonies.

So I was reading the worth.com article about Wu and I just couldn't help myself.

"Giant Spacekat's next game, for instance, is about two players trying to save a crashing spaceship. But unlike many traditional game, in which the players would compete against each other to see who could save the spaceship first, this game will require that the players actually work together in order to win."

I don't know about you guys, but I seem to recall Co-operative game play existed in the fucking arcade era of gaming. But the article does imply that was a legitimate threat to anyone so whatever.

First we must invent espers and then invent a time machine so we can go back to before John was born and ensure that he is born a female.

Its really kind of sad how much he tries to his obvious inability to have kids. I'm sure MtF transsexuals have come up with all kinds of excuses as to why they never had children, but this line that Brianna is going with just doesn't feel right. Does Wu work? At all? I am not sure if you can pay to max out a character in Destiny, but if so she shouldn't be bragging with that.

This sounds familiar: Purge the unwanted, ban free speech, taking sure that everyone says the right thing in the first place.... oh wait, I know where: It's every dictatorship ever.

I was reading the last two pages of tweets and if it were any other cow making these tweets - or any person for that matter - they would be laughed out the front door for being a total fucking sperg.

John gets asspats for these tweets from retards because he somehow has money and influence (perhaps slightly more of the latter than the former).

If that's not the very definition of privilege then I don't know what is.

Did a little more reading into Twitter's financials, came to some interesting conclusions.

Twitter started as a novelty that took off pretty well, which attracted lots of initial venture capital, and the fact they had lots of celebrities and world leaders sign on did a lot to make them popular.

Unfortunately, the laissez-faire, ad-light approach crippled them once it's stock peaked a few years back, and since then Twitter has run into a problem they can't ignore.

Twitter is not a self sustaining service in terms of ad revenue. It's very model revolves around short sound bite like messages, and since the advent of Adblock, hosting ads is pointless, and ads won't work well on mobile platforms, which is Twitter's main draw (especially for people like Wu).

The stock has declined since it's initial venture capitalists realized Twitter just doesn't make money on it's own, and places like Facebook are better draws due to higher visibility, and Facebook is a service better able to generate revenue due to it's model not being as hostile to advertisers.

Twitter's further failure comes from following Reddit's lead and aping their censorship (this is why SJWs suck at running businesses, feels trump pragmatism every time), which had led to banning people, even the famous, for perceived slights, and the fact their report system is so easily abusable means unless you can sue, you're basically screwed if they decide you're not wanted.

Worse, the latest moves Twitter has enacted haven't really helped, such as disabling the limit on characters for direct messages, which is nice but doesn't affect the revenue issue a dot, and the last time their stock and financials improved was an artificial spike when they partnered with the NFL to do some mutual signal-boosting.

Such a deal is unlikely to help now that Twitter's stock is so poor now, and while the service still remains popular with some celebrities and the SJW crowd, it frankly sucks at attracting venture capitalists since it's model militates against their needs, and the userbase has been taking a beating since they've gone full SJW.

End run predictions are that Twitter will likely be bought up for a song by a company with money to burn sooner or later, like Google or Facebook and used as an auxiliary service, but in the hands of its current management, it's slowly killing itself financially, and making it more viable for the SJW crowd is just following Reddit's example and reducing their presence, which is further tanking their stock.
