Wu has been mentioning an assistant more often lately.

• Is anyone sure how much money she's making on her patroen?
• Does anyone get the feeling she may have hired an internet assistant?

Virtual assistants are really cheap they're in poor countries usually even one with a college degree is within most people's reach. These guys are doing odd jobs for lots of people though, wu could easily just hand out a phone number for her assistant when she wants to impress someone and get a "keynote" . Anytime the assistant gets called they make a little bit of money of course they only need to get used when she wants to bs someone hard so it works out to be very cheap. Some university idiot gets to feel like they've gotten someone very important to take time out of their busy day to speak

Social media is at the whim of the mob, it grows and then is purchased by some group that sees the traffic and thinks "shit there's money there" but then they realize that advertising is nearly impossible-- that a large profit is utterly unlikely, they make changes to try and appease the mob to get more people and more information to place more ads-- that fails and the users leave as the experience changes more and more from what made it interesting.

Facebook is the only real juggernaut out there, it'll probably stick around for quite some time. Twitter has no way to show a profit and is four to five years from being replaced by something new or just being abandoned by the corporate side. Reddit is about to collapse for this exact reason.

The problem is that the minority loves so make a huge noise about how other people saying things is upsetting-- so they bitch and bitch. The system changes to accommodate them, and silences the user base, which then leaves and the whole thing closes up shop.

So keep on reporting Johnny, soon you're gonna kill the one place you love.

@Jaimas, I don't know how invested you are, but you should send this crap to Milo at Breitbart. Wu is clearly using Twitter to harass and goad his enemies while piously claiming otherwise, and practically preening every time he fucks over anyone on Twitter, no matter how gross or mild their supposed offense is.

I suggest building up a massive dossier of this stuff so Milo can do another expose of how Wu is clearly breaking Twitter's own rules and getting away with it.
