Usually, when a game that is "free" has micro-transactions, the App-Store puts a notice below the download button so that the buyer knows that they'll have to pay to get the full game. I just looked up Revolution 60 on the App Store to see if it "offered in-game purchases," and it did. So, while it's still scummy, it's not false advertising because you are given warning that Revolution 60 isn't as free as it seems.

Lots of "free" games offer in-game purchases and are legitimate. They're either pay-to-win or pay for DLC or something else, but you actually get a game to play. You can choose not to get the powerups or whatever. As an example, Plants v. Zombies 2 has a lot of plants that can only be purchased for money or "gems," which can be earned in game or purchased, but aren't needed to play the game.

When you say free, that means the game itself is free. When you don't even give the actual game for free but it basically just takes you to a cutscene where you have to pay money to play at all, it isn't even a game. I think that's substantively different than legitimate "free to play" games where you can buy more.

Anyway, I'd like to see what a campaign of complaining about it would do, although this isn't really the place to organize one. Someone should give it a whirl.

After all, just bitching and complaining about shit can get people thrown off places, even if they're not breaking any rules, as Twitter just showed.

People who harass people are pretty much losers by definition. That would include Wu and Wu's bully mobs.

Since she's fading from the news her offers for speaking engagements might be drying up. Nobody wants to interview a person of low credibility who was harassed months ago.
