Drinking soylent for more that just a missed meal here and there is a bad idea. If you want to do this to yourself crying about taste is stupid. If it tastes bad it's probably because they've identified a deficiency and corrected it.
If you want things that taste good then eat actual food.
I pretty much assume you're not as smart as either of us thought once you tell me you're into this shit.

It's just part of the SanFran "technology will save the world! (but only with lots of VC money)" idealistic startup dudebro mentality.

Fits their mantra of "I need as much time as possible for my work, so I need to use all these apps and lifehacks to maximise that, I don't even have time to do my own laundry but luckily I have the Washly.io app to order it to be done from my Apple Watch."

Unfortunately it just makes them look like a load of blundering manchildren who have to supplement their new lack of mummy with apps to do their chores and expensive drink mixes make sure they don't starve.

I just have to lol so hard at how Wu deletes anything on Twitter, since all Wu is doing is deleting the tweet record on his own feed. Most of the individual tweets and retweets survive, so a halfway competent web sleuth can reconstruct most if not all of the conversation.
