Imma start by saying that Bethesda has never been great with NPCs. "Guys. Look how big the world is. Do whatever guys." Has always been their selling point. Open World. They've been one of the Genre's darlings for a long time.

However, I posted it on the Dobson thread. I'll post it here too.

Enjoy screaming against the Echo Chamber, to whom (Insert each successive Bethesda Title here until they dun goof hard enough to loose their power) is nothing short of the second coming of christ/the mahdi/the maitreya/etc.

EDIT - As much as I realize that contextually this seems to imply the opposite of what I am trying to say... This is sort of how I feel about people like Wu/MovieBob/Dobson going after games like Fallout for whatever reason.

The Bethesda Hype Train is rolling. It is literally when they are at their strongest. They can do no wrong in this phase. If you want to attack them for anything, you need to wait for about a year after the game has been released. Then we enter the "This is dumbed down. (Previous instalment) was so much better." phase.

I'm not a huge fan of Jenner or anyone remotely associated with the Kardashian scum. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that he basically got away with killing someone with practically no repercussions because of being famous. That said, Jenner has done about 100 times more than Wu, who doesn't even admit to being a tranny despite looking like a rejected extra from Rocky Horror Picture Show.

Hint, it's proportions, not the outfit. Even large-headed characters in stuff like CG movies look like they have any internal organs.

The real reason Wu is bitter about the Fallout games is that most of the female characters seem to have mustaches, and they still look more feminine than she does.

Well, the bodies now resemble actual Barbies, instead of some kind of twisted exaggeration of a Barbie. Their stomachs might have room for their internal organs. But the real problem is the fact that the faces are hideous. They look like an attempt to design a 3d anime character by someone who has never actually seen anime in their life. Maybe it's because I'm a filthy casual girl gamer (oh wait, that's Wu's target audience) but I would not buy something that has character designs that ugly. One look at them and I would flee in horror.

Also, like @MayMay said, the outfit has gotten more sexy, not less.

She hasn't even waited for more game footage or information. She sees a three minute trailer for a game people have been waiting years for and she shits on it the day it comes out. The Fallout series is everything she claims she wants in a game. Story, dialogue, choices. Fallout 1 has more depth and freedom than Rev 60 and it was made almost 20 years ago. It still sells better too.

This is all very problematic and triggering.
