Maybe this has been covered already (and my apologies if it was, as I didn't really pay attention to Wu or GG until the Jace thing), but, based on things that Brianna said about trans people informing their partners about their status, is Frank aware that she was born a man and has a Y chromosome? It would be absurd to think that he hadn't heard it at some point, but whether or not he believes it, or, more interestingly, whether or not Brianna told him is something I can't seem to find.
Wu is acutely aware of being born male. She denies it constantly, however.

There is a very specific, very central reason that Brianna Wu denies being anything but 100% female. For neutrality reasons, this will not go in the Wu article, so you guys get to read about this shit here and ponder how it fits into the greater whole of Brianna Wu. BriWu is a modern-day third wave feminist. Indeed, Brianna was a third-wave feminist long before she transitioned from John Walker Flynt, as evidenced by a large number of articles John did parroting SJW talking points, such as his Gamestop article. As such, Wu's really always been a member of the professional "I'm so offended" brigade.

Wu has done everything to present the findings on Wu as being a transwoman as untrue, which, of course, means Wu is openly living a convenient lie. So long as Wu denies the reality of the situation, she gets to be a feminist icon, one viewed as a self-proclaimed messiah, and a centerpiece of cultural significance, which is
exactly what Wu wanted. Unfortunately, reality will not be meeting Brianna halfway on this one.
