Sarcasm aside, I think this is another one of those tweets she's using to build to her excuse-fest meltdown when her game fails on Steam. She's looking for anything that could explain why it all fell apart other than her own incompetence.

Back about a month ago, Brianna got involved in a Kickstarter about being a writer in a book about "Women in Tech," wherein, out of all the female game developers they could have write about being a game developer, they decided to go with Brianna. The person spearheading the project was Tarah Wheeler Van Vlack, whom I am not familiar with, but apparently Randi emplored people not to buy into the book, stating that Van Vlack was selling out, and befriending neo-nazis. So in essence, stabbing Wu in the back over it.

I'm trying to find the actual conversation between Wu and Harper, this occured right arounf the time where the whole SVU thing was going n as well so I'm wondering if it fell through the cracks, or, admittedly I made it up in my head since these people seem to stab each other on an alarmingly regular basis. In any case, we do have proof that Randi is more than willing to slam something Wu is a part of because she doesn't agree with another person.

This is the most blatant propaganda I've ever seen and I don't think that Wu is even aware of it.

I love that they used the same wrinkle filter on every image. They were too lazy to even rotate, mirror, or offset it. Maybe the in-universe explanation for this is that the artist had an epiphany and the posters were never hung up, and then someone found them in a single crumpled-up stack in a dumpster.

This is something that fucking baffles me. Randi Harper is such a despicable fuckhole that she literally single-handedly has, almost by its lonesome, cost Antis the PR war. The cycle has happened about 140 times now - Some neutral asks about either the blockbot or Gamergate, gets dogpiled by Randi "My Children Are My Parent's Problem" Harper, the incident goes viral in less than a day, and Randi's gotten Gamergate ten fucktons of new allies and increasingly showed the Antis as certificably fucking insane. Her most recent barrage of idiocy has now alienated Richard fucking Dawkins, a Twitter user with over a million and a half followers and can literally redirect traffic with one of his posts. Now, we have Dawkins turning hard against the SJW menace, which has, in turn, driven the Antis apoplectic and gotten GG countless followers:

Randi Harper is literally killing their movement bit by bit. If the Antis were the Legion of Doom from Super Friends, she'd be the Riddler, a character that literally does nothing but essentially unintentionally help the protagonists thwart the antagonists' plans.

This actually opens up a chance for Wu-Tan. She actually has a chance to become the Hero of the Antis right now - all she needs to do is leverage her oppression and evict Randwhale from the movement. Do so in one motion, throwing Quinn and Lifschitz under the bus and come across as the one reasonable one amongst all the Antis to come to the table and negotiate. She's already on the blockbot, so she has a motive, and she's done worse previously, so this could be the moment she needs to accomplish something at least marginally useful for everyone (and fucking hilarious).

Reusing your character as "actors" can work - it's better known as Osamu Tezuka's "Star System". Of course, none of Tezuka's characters were thinly-veiled self-insert transonas.

Really, that's the story with all of Revolution 60. It didn't inherently *have* to suck - there's no reason someone couldn't make a good mobile-friendly rhythm game that's "Charlie's Angels" in space with nanotech. It's just Brianna Wu's personal involvement that doomed it from the start.

That's because nobody on the GG side bought that Wu was serious. Most considered what she did as nothing more then a PR stunt or something for her to use and twist around later on when she needs to score some of those precious tumblr victim points.

Look at her business practices and look at how she's acted while on the side she currently* is on. She is a toxic person that is more then willing to throw her "friends" under the bus in order to stay in the spotlight just a few seconds longer, is perfectly happy to use sexist and unethical business practices, and is fine with making up blatant lies about how she has to live in fear for her life.

Wu would not be wanted or accepted by the GG side.

*Like most of the major Anti voices, Wu is on her own side, but publicly she supports the Antis.
