"The systematic inability to respond" sounds to me like the police telling her what everyone else already knows: the "threats" are empty and meaningless and disagreeing with someone does not constitute harassment and please stop calling.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Brianna's calls to the police are so common and predictable the local department has written up a daily schedule of when they should expect the phone to ring.

I can't wait to read this upcoming article. I hope she publishes it soon.

Honestly, nothing bothers about me Wu other than she doesn't practice what she preaches. With everything she says and does the best she could come up with is 3 Bratz dolls? Pathetic. No PoC, no realistic bodies, and all cis. A bad game, a bad story, whatever, but she couldn't even make characters that conform to the beliefs she supposedly has.

Personally, I doubt she ever even attempted to serve it. From what I can tell, the usual method in Massachusetts is for the plaintiff to deliver a copy of the order to the local police who would end up enforcing it in any event, and then the police serve it on the defendant.

I doubt the police would have any difficulty serving them on Jace, and service to an adult at his residence would probably be sufficient (I do not actually know this to be the case though it is in some jurisdictions). I doubt Gail would be dodging service.

Unless I see otherwise, my belief is the TRO was never served. Wu just got it to post on Twitter. She never showed up in court with proof of service, and never got a preliminary injunction.

There's an episode of The Office where Toby says that every Friday he has a standing appointment to meet with Dwight to hear his complaints and put them in a "special file" in New York, which is actually just a box under his desk.

I like to imagine the situations are similar.
 
I will bet some Orokin Ducats right the hell now that Wu never filed it and got bitch-slapped by the police for posting it on twitter.
 
I remember when Jamie Walton spoke of trying to contact Jace's local PD and they sent her on a wild goose chase to protect him. I bet they did the same for Brianna if she ever actually attempted to serve him.

So, I really know nothing about trolling, but is it really safe to say that bizarre anonymous Twitter threats are angry men and not just someone mad at you IRL or one of your gal-pals fucking with you? If Brianna had gone to my high school acting the way she does, we would all have trolled her on Twitter. That's just how people work, on or off the internet.
