Difference is, they had a very good reason for the last two in Skyrim.
 
It'd be silly to release it so early when people are still willing to like and retweet her ramblings every time she simply mentions the game.
 
I can see the appeal of wasting time with node trees and effects just for kicks, but perfectionism is the enemy of any production.
 
with all these delays to fix lighting on random rev60 assets you just have to ask how far flynt has made it into rev62

What confuses me is how someone can ship something as low quality as Rev60 and then spend so long polishing a port.

Also how big do you think the release will be? As much as we can deride Rev60, Wu has a lot of followers on both Twitter and Patreon.

I love how actual competent indie devs can crank out a fun, well designed game in under 48 hours for various game jams, and it takes John several years to make a steaming pile of dogshit.
