You mean where John "actually enjoys using Twitter"? He's made precisely one tweet with that account over the past 5 months. By comparison, he's tweeted about 5,000 times from his public account in that time.

Because he "enjoys" his private account so much and "hates" using his public one.

Actually this is starting to make sense the more I think about it.

Phasma uses fear of punishment to make people (people of color even) do things for her, while they get none of the praise and are reduced to nameless faceless drones. When she's without her slave soldiers she's useless and immediately fails at her job. She spends more time making sure she looks cool than actually doing anything. But all she looks like is a massive polished idiot.

It's Wu.
Phasma has Storm Troopers. Wu has the GiantSpaceCat team.
Phasma has her polished suit. Wu has her motorcycle.
Phasma has to actually work once she's without her troopers and fails.
Wu has to actually work once she's without GSX and fails.
