Dude: Why can't we say stuff that's wrong in public without people telling us we're wrong?
Bri: I know I hate being harassed with disagreement

Also harassment is not a platform. If you want to have a conversation without other people getting involved then use email.
The Dictionary said:
1.
a horizontal surface or structure with a horizontal surface raised above the level of the surrounding area.
2.
a raised flooring or other horizontal surface, such as, in a hall or meeting place, a stage for use by public speakers, performers, etc.
3.
the raised area between or alongside the tracks of a railroad station, from which the cars of the train are entered.
4.
the open entrance area, or the vestibule, at the end of a railroad passenger car.
5.
a landing in a flight of stairs.
6.
a public statement of the principles, objectives, and policy of a political party, especially as put forth by the representatives of the party in a convention to nominate candidates for an election:
The platform contained the usual platitudes.
7.
a body of principles on which a person or group takes a stand in appealing to the public; program:
The Fabians developed an all-embracing platform promising utopia.

One, not all gamers piss money away like you do, you spoiled rich white person (apparently you don't care this sort of bragging is why SJWs aren't giving you money)

Second, you've fucked up with Unreal Engine pretty badly, I'd love to see your failure with Oculus.

Her argument is it's okay Oculus Rift costs 600 because most people interested would be the type who have enough income to have a good gaming rig. She wants to develop games for that market which happens to be comprised of mostly hardcore gamers. The market she spent a huge chunk of the last year making fun of, saying she doesn't need them, and praising "neo-gamers" as the future. I cannot see how this can end badly for Wu.

It really doesn't matter though because Wu is the King of Vaporware and we'll see shit all come from this.

I expect what has happened here is exactly what happened in 2008. She saw a new piece of bling, and she's now so entranced with it that her entire world revolves around it. I expect, from her perspective, that she's bitterly disappointed with the iPhone. She saw herself as an overnight success, but she built it and they didn't come. So instead of evaluating what worked and what didn't, and building on her experience, she's simply going to jump ship to the next big thing.

You're right that it makes absolutely no sense trying to sell a visual novel to an audience of people who have multiple monitor setups with big expensive flight sticks who are in to Elite and Eve: Valkyrie. I don't think she's got even as much business sense as it would take to work that out. It's not a successful business she sees at all, it's herself as rich and famous. The more the years go by without her getting close to that, the more delusional her fantasies will become.

She worked on her school paper. That's it.
Oh, I know. She balloons up her "creds" when talking to people in "industries" that don't fact check. It's sad, really... If one takes a step back and looks at Wu's accomplishments, there aren't much more than a lot of cows. She just throws money at everything to try and keep up appearances.

Fucking shit, that seems a little overkill.
Yeah those specs are insane for something that looks like an old playstation game..

Agreed on the first point, as a gamer I'd rather not toss money away wildly wherever, I have more important stuff to spend it on
As to the second...I can't even see how you could make Rev60 Oculus-worthy...it doesn't look like it's free action, most of its grid-bound, with those weird little QTEs.. none of which fits into first-person VR that would go on Oculus.

TransEthical: Adopting an ethical persona, as opposed to being inherently ethical. Appropriate that Wu is confirmed.

I'm not even sure the Aliens APC/Nolan Batmobile ripoff at the bottom is a 3D model. Look at the guns at the front, namely how they interact with the niches from which they emerge, and the overall skew in perspective. Anyone with a more practiced eye see something weird here?

More sperging: When it comes to mechanical design shouldnt everything have a function?
Wouldnt it be more practical to have the rear gun at the highest point on the car to get better angles? I might understand if this was a four seater and there wasnt space for the components.
What are those things inside the wheel wells? What do they do?
If thats where the guns come from then where are the headlights?
What do the holes do on the upper left ship?

Think this is gonna fly? I feel like the wording is awkward because I rarely write actual letters anymore, nevermind letters that are supposed to be sent to the US. :stress:

University of Mississippi probably doesn't have records containing Wu's current full name as it wasn't her full name when she studied there. She met Frank after graduating so her surname would have still been Flynt during her studies. As for the personal name, it was still John when she enrolled but I don't know when did she officially change it to Brianna. Students who knew her say she already identified as Brianna while still in school, but when exactly was the name legally changed is something I cannot tell you. I suggest asking for info pertaining to John Walker Flynt and Brianna Walker Flynt.

I asked specifically for Brianna Wu so that she will have to wriggle her way out of her "birth name" not being in their records. All provided I get an answer of course.
