Is the outrageously low resolution the only way she could get it over 60 fps or is she just stupid? Does anyone even know what aspect ratio that would be in? Is it a phone resolution? Sorry if I'm sperging, but she (supposedly) intends to release the game on Steam.

Game FPS can often be best judged while the game is in motion and running under normal conditions. If Wu is running it under dev testing conditions (only loading certain assets, stripping out certain background elements) or is doing so with the limits removed (i.e. - frame and memory limits default to the system maximum for the developer PC), then Wu is likely getting skewed information that is useless for "field deployment" conditions (the projected minimum/maximum requirements for the system the game is intended for release on).

Given how the iOS version is very badly optimized, that's what likely happened then and will likely happen again.

GamerGate is the perfect scapegoat for the antis. Everything can be pinned on Gamergate and no one in the antis circles will disagree. Kind of like how people accuse anyone they don't like of being Nazis as a way of shutting them down and smearing their image in the eyes of people who don't understand anything.
Many years from now, the dregs of the SJW movement who refuse to let go of the hate and bile that grips their every waking moment, will still accuse random people of being part of Gamergate for random reasons.
