Wu trying to act all chill:

What I love about this is the sudden realization that maybe writing that Tweet was a goddamn terrible idea, but she can't go back and delete it because they're discussing what is essentially an archive. So even if she deleted it they still hold the evidence that it existed.

And now she has to sit back and watch as people systematically rip her apart over something she can't readily bury. I do expect another round of blocking tonight, however.

They can try to play it off or justify it however they want, but the truth is they are happily supporting somebody who's greatest sexual pleasure is to destroy the innocence of children, and that makes them garbage.

Doesn't NASA still use old ass computers?

They need to understand any technology used in space to the last iota, and even shit like a bit in RAM being twiddled by a stray cosmic ray has to be impossible. That's why they generally use older technology.

For instance, New Horizons, the Pluto flyby ship, has as its main CPU the MIPS R3000 micro-processing chip . That's the same chip that was in the original Sony Playstation about 20 years ago.

I'm surprised she didn't claim to be an expert on space travel or Martian colonisation. Maybe she thought even that was too far fetched for her cretinous followers. Then again I doubt many of them would call her out on it and certainly one or two would blindly back her up on it.

Should we start taking bets on what Wu will claim to be an expert in next?

My ass, you enjoy the asspats you get from it:

Did Wu actually tell a somewhat funny joke?

http://tweetsave.com/spacekatgal/status/650924189960933380

Alright, fine, that's not something too stupid to bitch about:

http://tweetsave.com/spacekatgal/status/650926159346032640

Why are you pissed? Don't all SJWs want to live in that kind of world?

http://tweetsave.com/spacekatgal/status/650933848440598528

You just described yourself, dumbass

Such as projecting on Twitter instead of resisting their inner autist

haha and so the women in tech crabs in a bucket behaviour begins!

Angry that two white blonde women made a crappy app that any competent dev could throw together in a weekend and have got more press in a week than GSX has ina year Wu?

How long before her narrative switches from "women in tech" to "marginalised individuals in tech"

"Peeple" terrifies me.

For those who don't know, it's basically like Yelp for people (Because we all know how fair and honest people are on Yelp). You can rate your friends and people and you know. They have very little say in the issue. All you need is a Facebook page and your victim's... I mean friend's phone number so you can create a page for them and give them a rating out of 5 with comments. The person is then informed that they have had a page about them created and they can contest any negative (2/5 or lower) but cannot delete the page or have comments removed.

Negative comments are hidden, but nothing with 3/5 rating or higher. So if someone says something like:

She skips work a lot because she drinks waaay too much during the week. Also her accent is annoying af! Rating: 3/5
There's nothing you can do.

This isn't like Facebook or Twitter where if you don't want to partake, just don't sign up. You get signed up by other people. They decide if you will have an online presence where people can rate you and share every embarrassing and stupid detail they know about you and you have almost no say in any of it.

Curious to me why Twitter feminists are against it, they're usually very vocal in the camp that believes people should always use their real names online and the anonymity is evil and people should be accountable for what they say in some sort of permanent record. Heck you can now rate all those men at tech conventions who raped you by interrupting you as 1 star.

I'm sure their tune would be different if they had buddies in the admin department like they do on Twitter.

I find the concept horrendous but just find it entertaining watching people like Wu having to get angry at a startup founded by women. Imagine what they'd be saying if it were a "dudebro" startup.

I think Feminists and other SJWs saw the problem with the concept immediately, because it was thrust into their faces so fast, so hard, even they could not ignore it.

The woman who announced this website over Facebook very quickly found herself under fire by... pretty much everyone with more than two brain cells. Her facebook page was pretty quickly flooded, which I believe is what she's talking about above, with negative comments and typical internet tact.
I believe she asked how to stop people from commenting on her facebook and the irony became so thick you could cut it with a spoon. The SJWs realised that if they actually want to create a world where people can't call them names, it's probably a bad idea to create a place where name-calling and numerical value are married. Now they just have to deploy the necessary double-think to both condemn the project because it's fucking stupid and praise the creators because they created something while also owning vaginas.

Why does the girl have to have the unicorn? Why are we reinforcing gender stereotypes? /interfeminist

Oh right, that comic made by the same Dana Simpson that made a comic about a furry Martin Luther King years before. The early pages involved a dog fucking its (underaged) owner. And then getting its vagina patched up.

I'd fuck that unicorn though
