32 min in...JACE!!

Fucking kek, that ebic stress sigh when Jace's glorious beard comes into view. That fake lolcow run-in really took its toll on him!

Thanks @Cynical as always for the tweetsaves. I'm looking through the ones from last night and they really are particularly shameless and dumb. I guess when you're bored and on a plane, that's when unfiltered John comes out the stronget.

The most interesting thing would be finding the identity of that mysterious $10K backer/moneylaunderer she used to have.

all the interesting stuff is in a SQL database, if you're familiar with SQL go for it but otherwise not a big reason to.

This could embarass the hell out of a lot of other SJW hipster welfare types like Wu, so if you DO know SQL, you could find some highly damning shit.

Enjoy the lulz, guys:

I'll take a look tonight but I'm sure by then someone else will have gotten everything good out of there.

One thing I'm not entirely clear on. Is Frank Wu a patent atty or a patent agent?

update : from a quicky search it looks like he's an agent. There is another Frank Wu who is an atty

Do I need to grab the torrent to get the SQL file? The SQL file is supposed to be over 10 GB, but the torrent is less than 4 GB.

The SQL file will be in the torrent. SQL can be highly compressed depending on the zip format used for compression.

Just want to confirm that the SQL file was compressed.

I'm real interested in any information that comes out of this hacking. I'm fairly certain that some of the more high profile e-beggers have been using Patreon for shady shit.

I would open it but everything I'm trying says the file's too big.

I was with you up until the point where you said "we", John. Because you don't produce software. And also you're getting by just fine siphoning money off of morons.

Note the histrionic lying:
"yelling"
"unbelievably expensive"
"we all need to eat" [ie, "pay or I'll starve"]

Toss in gratuitous ass-kissing of the white male cishet shitlords of Tapbots, hoping for a retweet to their quarter million followers.

And, yeah, the typical John pretending like he's a developer and tut-tutting the unwashed masses.

Standard pathetic Flynt tweet.

This thing is going to take a long time to load.

Did Wu join on December 19th at 4pm? If so I think I found her:

| Your time is important so I'll keep this brief :-)

Your team wrote a game that entertained me and my daughters for so long. Thanks!

You and your team are an inspiration to my daughters and me in terms of what women can achieve in the industry.

Your attitude has made me think long and hard about what I can do as a man in a male dominated industry, and act on it. While I shield my young daughters from the worst of what you experience they know you're "standing up to the bullies."

In short - the games industry would be much worse off without you in it, and I hope it gets to benefit from you and your team for years to come.

Thanks, Bri.

| You are an inspiration to so many others, and I hope you know and remember it.

I recently listened to Heather Dale's song 'One of Us', about one woman inspiring another to get into a male-dominated battlefield. When I thought about the situation you, Zoe Quinn and others have been pushed into, it becomes hauntingly beautiful promise about the future that might be, one day, when the women encouraged by your example are stepping out there to start their own careers. Even though I'm not a woman and I was studying game dev long before all this happened, it's still making me all teary-eyed. I don't know if you'll feel the same way about it, but I wanted to share its message with you, and Zoe, and others. I'm proud to work in the same field with you.

"And I guess she'd once decided this was where she'd like to be

And I thought, if she could do it, why not me?

So now as I gather armour, bits and pieces here and there

I think about examples, how you act and what you dare

'Cause you never know who's watching, or how far that story goes

Where'er that lady is, I hope she knows"

| Hi there, I just pledged to support you. You are an inspiration to me and are showing the courage that I am not sure I would have myself. Thank you so much for taking such a burden on your shoulders. Your efforts and voice will help so many people in the future. But, to be honest, the principal reason why I am pledging is because I just really loved Revolution 60 and I want more games! thanks! |

| You are an inspiration to everyone. Keep up the fight, I will support you 100% of the way. I only hope we can win.

Jo |

| I'm going to try to write straight from the heart here. I might wander on a bit, or occasionally forget myself and switch to swedish grammar. I have no plan for what to say, but I'll start with this:

Thank you for being around. I am truly glad that you are you, and that you exist. You've probably been told how much of an inspiration you are a lot by now. But I think it bears repeating. Thank you for being brave, in spite of all the hate. That makes me believe I might have it in me to be brave too. :)

As a man I have, for most of my life, lived in blissful ignorance of all the shit women have to go through in tech. It's given me a lot of perspective - I realized that even I had a tendency to "mansplain" things or put my own perspective front and center. And I've called myself a feminist for several years now. So, thank you for helping me realize this and become a better person.

And to be frank, most of the problems I have ever faced in my life can be attributed to growing up, feeling like I wasn't "worth anything" because I didn't live up to some bullshit norms of masculinity. That's stuff I'm still dealing with twenty years later. Though I had an inkling to this, what you and Zoe, and Anita and everyone else are doing has helped me fully realize that. And I believe that putting all of these spotlights on misogyny will, in the end, give boys more of a chance to grow up as people, human beings more than as "men".

But that's not really the main thing I've got to thank you about. There's a person very, very dear to me, someone who was born as a woman but is now a man. He loves games as much as I do. He dreams of making games, but doesn't think he can do it. He's grappling with depression, and if he had to deal with all this hate, I fear what it would do to him. I fear for him everyday, even without it. I could write you a letter in five thousand words how you're helping him, why this is important to me, but I'll just leave it there. You're dealing with all the hate so that he, and other people like him, don't have to. And you're showing people that it's possible to live despite it. A thousand "thank yous" could never suffice. I have tears in my eyes as I write this. If my words seem stilted it's because I love him more than I'm able to describe.

I have no expectations of you or your work for my pledge. Regardless of what you do or what happens, this pledge will be there for you to do with as you see fit for at least the entirety of 2015. Though it might be a bit meager, I hope it will be of help. If my situation gets a bit more stable next year, I'll increase it.

I wish you a happy holidays and all the best going forward, and if and when you get that legal fund for harassed women going, I promise I'll be there to pitch in. |

| Hi Brianna! Thanks for your warning about the GerberGaters. I'll keep an eye on my social media.

I'm also a feminist game dev- well, a small one. I'm working on my first few games. But I've been doing illustration and graphic design for a long time. I'm looking for work right now, so if you or any other devs you know need graphical assets feel free to send them my way! You can see some of my work here: http://jellyfishstation.com/hire-me/

I'm wishing you the best this Holiday. The denizens of Shit Mountain have really come out for you and it's balls.

| Hi - I've been a fan of GSK and a supporter of yours for quite awhile - beta tested Rev60, corresponded with you about my daughter's enjoyment of it, etc. I'm also (obviously) a funder of this anti-harassment Patreon.

In any event, I realized about a week ago that I was blocked by @giantspacekat (I'm @technorav). Couldn't figure out why, then I checked my tweet history, and realized that a few days earlier, I replied to one of your Splat-related tweets with a sympathetic complaint about my own dog's behavior -- but when I look at it out of context now, I realize that it could easily been misread as some bizarre form of harassment.

(see here for a screencap of the exchange: http://cl.ly/image/1u001u3g2F2L)

Ugh, so sorry - I know that you are dealing with an unbelievable amount of crap, and looking back at what I wrote, it was awkwardly phrased and could have been some weird gg'er with a canine armpit fetish. But really, no. Just commiserating about my dog Liba's unfortunate ways of demanding attention.

I know you have some very scary stuff going on right now, so obviously that is top priority, and I hesitate to even ask again (I did email harassment@giantspacekat.com a week ago.) But if/when there’s time, I'd appreciate being unblocked by @giantspacekat -- feel free to look at my Twitter history if that would be helpful in confirming that I’m not a harasser or ggate schmuck.

Thanks.

| Oh, God - just saw the latest via Jezebel. You have much more important things to worry about now. If you would like yet another person to call police departments expressing concern, I'd be happy to. Very scary. I have a relative with schizophrenia (not at all violent or dangerous), and this guy sounds like him in terms of the structure of his delusions. Be well - praying for your safety, and hoping this guy is taken off the streets ASAP. |

| Dear Brianna,

Thank you for your excellent talk at altConf, and your great work on Rocket. I think I have a way I can pitch in. I volunteered on my congressperson's campaign, and he was elected (Rep. Eric Swalwell, CA-15). He served on the Homeland Security Subcomittee. He's currently on a leave of absence from that committee, but given that his committee had oversight over the FBI, I expect he's reasonably well connected. I would love to write him a letter as a constituent, donor, and volunteer, asking that he exert pressure on the FBI to pursue your case(s).

Do you have a case number, name, or agent in charge which I can use in my correspondence?

Thank you,
