Wu pimping VR tells me that her family owned Betamax, that she went out of her way to use Realplayer, that she was first in line for an HD-DVD player, and every TV in her home is 3D compatible.

VR will never take off as more than a gimmick so long as people have to wear those helmets.

I actually agree with him.

Say what you will about Revolution 60, it's at least a fucking game at the end of the day and it took balls to release something like it and stand by it. That's a level of wherewithal that other Antis won't have. It's not even the worst game I've played this year, either, for all its tomfoolery. Depression Quest is a laughably one-sided, completely unfun, obtuse view of one kind of Depression done solely in an attempt to look deep and important, as evidenced by Zoe Quinn going to a depth even Wu would find distasteful and trying to use the dead to promote her game. I will play a thousand Revolution 60s before I consider Depression Quest worthy to lick the jockstrap of one of them.

And Sarkeesian is a thief and a liar.

Wu is struggling here. She wants to take credit, to bask in accolades she has and they don't - but she knows that she can't, because they're the ones with the big important earpieces that significantly outgun Wu's own. She's the girl that got left by the wayside when they outlived their usefulness. It'd be tragic if Wu wasn't a pathologically lying sociopath.

Gotta love how someone on Twitter was trying to be positive about girls as engineers and she just smacked him down. Too much mansplaining for you, John Flynt? ;)
