All the more reason to do our civic duty to ensure that said angry mob continues to grow.

Is there a way to get a graph of all the time John spends Tweeting, add in the other full-time-job's worth he spends dicking around on Steam, and give a graph of his waking hours to tweeting ratio, i.e. that there is no way in hell John is doing a damn thing toward releasing the game? It'd be nice if that could be posted automatically or something to a thread full of pissed off scam victims.

Probably, but I doubt anyone would want to. You can show them the number of hours on Steam though.

But there's one part in particular that has me especially amused.

On both the Kickscammed thread and the Medium page, there are other backers starting to come out of the woodwork on this.

It's going to get to the point where she can't simply bury her head in the sand and pretend everything's fine if things stay aimed at this current vector.
You know she's going to try to ignore it, even after it eventually spills onto the official Kickstarter page. I assume that Brianna is at least aware of the brewing discontent by now (since she probably lurks any website that has badmouthed her and her arch-nemesis commented on it) and I'm honestly surprised that some GroperGrape tweet hasn't already come out. I guess Brianna actually has the sense to realize all that would do would make bystanders curious and check out the "harassment" for themselves, which would then lead to those without their heads entirely up their asses to realize Brianna is a fraud. There's no good way to paint "The game is done guys" and then not releasing the game for well over a year.

Here's what I see: there will be a short hubbub, then nothing will happen and the crowd will disperse. Unless KS does do something, but the most likely is that they're going to say that it's the backer's responsibility to deal with it, not theirs. I doubt anyone cares enough to start legal action.

Definitely a possible outcome. It's all up to the backers; if they really get riled up, then we could be in for quite a show. If it doesn't go beyond just a few people complaining in less traveled forums, then little will change. Best have popcorn on hand just in case, because should there be enough people among the backers who enjoy video games, feel incredibly betrayed or have way too much free time, they'll be able to raise a sufficient amount of hell that will force Brianna to do something to prevent more of her reputation from going down in flames.

Though a legal action and/or formalization of crowdfunding is inevitable.

I'm sure you're right, but it looks awful.

Am I correct in assuming from this that Wu fancies herself a great dancer?

Wish we had some footage of Wu dancing. That would be nightmare fuel.

Brothers, I have little time, I have been blessed with a poorly prepared vision sent by the God Emperor himself...

https://youtube.com/watch?v=dyoubVUwoU0So, THIS is the game Wu patterned her life on? I got this vid from a recent tweet of hers, where she accuses Android of stealing their mascot from Space Channel 5? Yeah, I'm sure.

Anyone have any familiarity with this? Wu seems to gravitate to the most casual games, Peggle etc., and then try to claim that she plays them in some hardcore way, deep strategy, etc.

This strikes me as especially tryhard, and actually it seems that she's a bit ashamed that she sucks at games that require real focus, Bloodborn, souls, etc.

WHY this game? Is their something especially tranny-centric or "feminine" in here? Fellow kids? Hullo?

The game has everything he loves in womans, gameplay and music he even ripped the name of spacekats from there

Weird thing he has not played the PC version

Right. But with a little luck, the stench will be sufficient to tarnish his 'game developer' cred permanently. No more panels, even at third rate conferences. No more columns or podcasts...at least, none that anyone dare promote. We are surely at (or past) the point that anyone sticking up for him risks damaging his own professional standing.

So what is the common consensus on where the Kickstarter money went? I was thinking the motorcycle but I couldn't remember if the dates matched up.

I was going to say plastic surgeries, but not even that can help John.

I think it just went into John Flynt's disposable income for buying Apple products and vidya. The Kickstarter and Patreon are chump change compared to what the Wu household draws from Frank's income and savings, so any high dollar expenses like the motorcycle and assorted game development costs/salaries probably came directly from Frank's wallet

Maybe Ulala (The girl with pink hair and the really short skirt) inspired Rev60's shitty designs.
Space Channel 5 also has the classic low-poly DreamCast style that John bastardized in Rev60.

He also thinks that playing games with girly, neon pink-haired female protagonists makes him more of a woman.

I think he spent it on vidya and overly expensive toys.

There is a chance that the money could have gone to one of the actual coders she hired way back when she was still pretending to be a developer. When they finished the work, Wu dumped them and took the credit like she always does. Either them or Amanda.

Then Wu sat around with the finished product for over a year, reveling in the attention and hipster welfare. For whatever reason, she decided to placate her ego, played around in the code, and broke it. At least that's what I think happened.

There won't be any legal action over Revo60. Star Citizen started raising funds back in 2012, has raised raised $100 million and still not released.

Yea but Star Citizen isn't claiming it's done and sitting on their hands fingering their assholes about it for 2 years

Legal action is extremely unlikely in my opinion unless some big name CYBER BULLY like Milo decides to pursue it for the sake of ebic trole.

John will just continue lying, and, in the meantime, any mainstream journo who reprints his story without the minimum of fact checking is an automatic lolcow in my eyes.

I think it did actually go into game development, albeit in the most inefficient manner imaginable. She went on a buying spree for expensive Mac workstations (naturally including those big screens she loves), bought an Unreal license, hired inexperienced employees, and paid for their training materials as they learned on the job while drawing a full salary.
