John/Frank murder-suicide pact. Shouldn't be too hard to make it look plausaible.
Nah, if we were going to do it Agent 47 style, it would have to look accidental. Like adding lethal poison to her Blue Apron meals. Or cause her Macbooks to spontaneously electrocute/explode/both.

Or we hack into her Twitter account, have it admit that she was once John Flynt, never graduated college, and her whole games engineer persona she made was done essentially by riding on the coattails of much more talented women game designers and the only thing floating her on is a dang dirty male. Having that would probably cause her to implode and disappear from reality.

It's kind of surreal seeing Lowtax (right now), left/irony and alt right twitter all simultaneously clowning on Brianna and that Nintendo escort girl. And I think Glenn Greenwald was accused of being affiliated with Gamergate by some higher level Clinton surrogate, and he actually knew of what she spoke. Genuinely am almost certain that would not have happened without Brianna.

It was kind of funny to see SJ types getting upset at Bioshock for portraying Daisy and the Vox Populi as violent leftists. Because leftist movements don't kill children, it's unrealistic! At least, its as unrealistic as the Baader-Meinhof Gang that it was based off of. Or any of the hundreds of other communist/labor movements that turned bloody.

I just finished reading a handful of blogs about the problems of Bioshock Infinite. While the cartoonishly racist white villain is okay because racism is a thing that happened, none of them can make sense of the Vox going violent. After all, they're supposed to represent the civil rights movement and they didn't go around killing white people! Which shows just how America-centric of a worldview most of these bloggers operate out of

Meanwhile anyone who grew up in a former communist state (or Europe) would be completely unsuprised that revolutionaries would turn out as bad as their former oppressors. The communist revolutionaries in China and Russia executed a lot of kids for being the spawn of land-owning oppressors.
I haven't played a lot of the series but I read that a constant theme is "extremism in any direction is bad". Want an example of the Civil Rights Movement gone wrong? I would say look up the Black Panthers.

Anyway to get back on topic, I'm getting bored of Overwatch already and I feel like spending some disposable income on a cool new sci-fi game on Steam with lots of story and gameplay that's easy to understand. Any suggestions? Would be cool if it starred strong female characters.

Revolution 60 Tomb Raider?

I'm not sure why there isn't more outrage in the public eye.

That's because there are ever fewer people who care about John's antics. There's really just us and what asspatters he has left. I highly doubt she's making fans out of the few people who go to her pay-to-speak engagements.

To be fair, there is legitimate criticism about Daisy that has nothing to do with her politics. She flips very quickly from worshiping you as a hero of the revolution to wanting to blow your brains out. The justification for it was so thin that the game devs actually retconed the reasoning in some DLC. It's a narrative complaint, not a political one.
Wouldn't shock me at all if social justice types saw the complaints and decided to try to ride the wave for their own idiotic purposes without a thought for why people didn't like it to begin with.

John the "software engineer":

John is actually boasting about solving a challenge poorly.

(1) No it doesn't John. There is much more to computer science than (procedural) programming.

(2) You've never taken a class in computer science so what the fuck would you know John?

(3) "[O]ur field". Please John.

"My solution to last level of Human Resources Machine is inefficient and poorly written. I shipped it anyway like a pro."

If only he could say the same about Rev60....

What is Bribri refering to with "our field" anyway?
Clearly not journalism, engineering, software development or even "professional victim", cause Johnny Boy failed in all of these fields and can't be considered part of them.
