The outfits was before the lights, iirc John announced the new textures in august of last year then in december of same year he began doing stupid stuff with the lights to justify the missing deadline

Technically the first distro that anyone pick is Ubuntu, when you get tired of it or want a more LAZOR environment then you switch to Mint, the noob hipster always pick Manjaro because all the pros always recommend ArchLinux

Astonishingly, that screenshot seems to be real. It doesn't match anything from Google Images or Youtube Let's Plays of the game. So yes, Wu has most likely told the truth about playing a game for once.
While neglecting the game she's supposed to be making, naturally.

Final fantasy I is the most easy of all the saga, you don't even have to grind, simply never run of a battle and you level up naturally, now there is something bothering me, did he use some kind of Widescreen hack or there is a way to make NES game run in 16:9? maybe his tv has that option? still playing in widescreen is awful with old games

Maybe they adjusted the screen setting? Wu's TV isn't even one of the bigger ones, iirc. The skewing doesn't look too bad with turn-based games, but with adventure and action it looks terrible.

Thanks for proving me that you are a pretender John, games were hard for a reason, people actually busted their ass working on it because the system has limitations

Then we have the godzilla of scrubs, trying to show his game creds and calling old games "hard", the person who waste tons of money in microtransactions in a mobile game ,can't even optimize is own pile of garbage and brag about how amazing he is in games like Peggle

That tweet about games in the NES era being hard definitely needs to be added to the article about Psychoanalysis of Wu because it betrays a lot of crap Flynt has tried to hide.

Despite all the "gamer grrl" cred he's tried to build up as part of his Brianna Wu guise, he's still the incompetent idiot he always was, and he basically admitted he's a shallow asshole who wants games to be easy because he still fucking sucks at them and since the SJWs who have latched onto gaming share the same sentiment, he's part of that crowd to give some "moral" justification for decrying games that actually force the player to exert considerable effort.

Basically, he just revealed how lazy he really is underneath the cheap shroud of faked gamer cred.
 
To be fair, there were a lot of NES-era games that were just the stupid, unrewarding, shoddy kind of hard.
Wu's not playing those games though.
