It might have. I'd expect there to be news stories about it, though, and groups like Anti-Racist Action would show up and try to disrupt them.

It wouldn't occur without notice.
This.

The KKK causes media waves whenever they show up to anything in an official capacity. Unless his definition of "KKK protest" is "1-3 people claiming to be KKK holding offensive signs yet somehow not getting their asses kicked" (as the recent dustup in Anaheim showed, that's kinda what happens when the cops aren't protecting them) there would almost definitely be a story about it.

Boy I really love this special edition of Rev60 that we all get to play three weeks after the deadly meteor strike that wiped out the eastern seaboard.

I wonder if his game is actually """"""finished"""""" but yet he does not want to release it because he knows it is fucking shit, at least on a subconscious level.

Wouldn't it still be going through Steams system?
I'm gonna be optimistic and say that she actually has released it, it's just going through the system now. She's been fucking around on steam all week, and for once she actually seemed somewhat confident about this deadline as opposed to the half assed mentions she made with the others, so I'm gonna say she's actually trying this time.

I do think it's worth noting that Brianna hasn't mentioned Revolution 60 once today. Two weeks ago, that would be the norm but considering the pressure she's been under lately it's kind of curious.

Speaking of a John being unable to release a game,

While it's obvious he never intended to have R60 released when he did and he mostly didn't want the Kickstarter backers to revolt, he's likely relieved he no longer has to worry about being hassled about it.

He definitely knows it's a trainwreck, he blurted out that the code was a dog's breakfast when he revealed he was scouring StackExchange and Youtube for help, and given how little gameplay he's shown off, he likely hasn't worked on it all that much despite his claims it's faster now.

I need an American opinion... how likely is it that in Mississippi in the early 90s the KKK would regularly protest outside a majority black public high school? (context)

It seems far fetched to me, but I'm not a Yank. Was/is this a thing that happens?

I was under the impression that Flynt/Wu attended a private high school. I've never heard of the KKK showing up at a private, parochial or religious school to protest. And I've never heard of the KKK showing up "regularly" to protest at any high school since the 1960s. There are no Google or Lexis news hits for any such protests in Mississippi in the 1990s.

Many years after Flynt/Wu was expelled from Ole Miss, the Klan did demonstrate a few times -- but hardly "regularly" -- on the campus because they objected to the school getting rid of its Rebel mascot and Confederate battle flag.

Basically, Flynt/Wu lying in order to make it sound like he had to wade through mobs of torch-waving Klansmen in order to attend class.

He knew it'd look worse for his backers to complain than anyone else talking shit about Rev 60.

I believe John thinks he knows what's coming next but I don't think he really understands how difficult it will be for him just because his game isn't good. I think the honest reviews that make legitimate points are going to be the ones that will sting the most. I feel like we're going to be seeing a lot of well-written reviews disappearing and then reappearing...

Q. I'm a developer. Can I delete reviews of my product?
A. Not directly. If you find abusive or offensive reviews written about your product, you can flag it as spam/abuse. The review will continue to be listed on your store page, but in a collapsed form and marked as spam until a moderator can either delete the review or remove the spam flag.

For all the things that Valve does wrong, I do appreciate how they remain consistently neutral to all parties.

Everyone, I don't want to alarm you but what if... what if Rev60 isn't actually done?

lol, sorry guys just a silly thought, Bri wouldn't be spending his time playing nes games and tweeting if there was more work to do.

I hope he doesn't release it. I'd love to see him in a courtroom where lies can actually get him in trouble.

Calling it now, every comment about her game is going to be flagged. Really great thing for potential buyers to see too, really lets them know the person who made the game.

Actually...she probably would. Which is likely why Revolution 60 is going through the Steam review process now instead of roughly two years ago, or whenever it was that the PC port was essentially done. Remember, she's a manager from hell and not a developer.
